i’ve tried to get my prescription many times through the drive thru window and both i’ve sat for more than 10 mins and no one comes to the window and the line has more than 5 cars so clearly no one is attending it properly. and no it wasn’t during their lunch time.

Not taking covid precautions- went to pick up a prescription from the drive thru only for them to give it to me through the no-contact drawer…. The same drawer that they put covid tests in and that sick people testing for covid touch. This is extremely unacceptable and exposing everyone that uses the drive thru to covid.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday . The pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful. I Dropped off some Prescriptions. When I came back to pick them up the pharmacist told me that my insurance was no longer active. I had just used my card at the emergency room prior to bring in the Prescriptions to them so I know it is active. I explain to him that I had just used my card and that it was active . I asked if he contacted the carrier and he said no that is my job to do so. So I pulled over in the parking lot and went inside to the pharmacy. I called my insurance and verified in fact my insurance is correct. The info on the card matches my numbers listed on my card and is Active. I asked for the pharmacist again . He then throws up his hands and ask what do I need. I Explain to him that I have the Insurance agent right on the phone who is verifying that the information on the car matches and is in fact active and that they would like to speak to him he tell me to WAIT. After 5 mins he comes over takes my phone and insurance card and speaks to the agent who relays the same message that the info is correct. He puts in the info and boom it works. He hangs up comes to me and Says billing info was wrong when I know for a fact wasn’t true because I just was standing there listening to him and the insurance agent on the phone repeating exactly what she had just told me and repeating the numbers back to him that matched what was on my card . He never apologized. He then Instead of handing me my car back he throws the my insurance card across the counter making it for almost fly off the edge of the desk . Then takes my medicine again sliding it across the desk . I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT SUCH DISRESPECT AND SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope whomever his boss is sees This and take appropriate action against him.

Essam Bebawi the pharmacist was very rude regarding my request for B12 syringes. He and Elle who was working the pharmacy window refused to look up my history as i had purchased the syringes at this location before without any paperwork or issues. We returned with the B12 and the printout of my prescriptions as requested. Essam and Elle continued to be rude and unhelpful. They offered no explanation why they wouldn’t sell the syringes to begin with. When we asked for their names to call corporate they told us we didn’t need that information. They refused to give anymore information and Essam began violently striking the computer screen and at least 1 piece flew off the screen. As a woman it was rather scary to see the man responsible to dispensing my medication become so violent and unprofessional so quickly and over an issue that he admitted wrong doing in. I think Essam has some anger issues he needs to work on and his staff needs a class in customer service.

The pharmacy staff are very helpful in anyway they can. They'll call the prescribing physician and get your medication ok over the phone where it might take me day or two, Outstanding!!!!'

Pharmacy employees are helpful and kind as opposed to the CVS on Clifton which tends to be impersonal. Their help is limited to pointing you to the general viscinity of the product you requested while giving you a look of annoyance.
