This place is extremely unprofessional. Called because my rental was being set up through them and when I called the manager accused me of calling him the n word when he overheard my conversation in the car and proceeded to tell me I would not be getting a car there and immediately hung up . I went to the office because I was already on my way there and when I arrived the manager was proud of what he had done and continued to accuse me of calling him a slur even after I explained to him he overheard my conversation because my call was playing through the car . Extremely rude and unprofessional . Explains why it was empty when I arrived . My new car is being worked on and he attempted to leave me stuck without a car because of his own personal mistake .

Quick and efficient and the women at the front desk provided stellar customer service. I was upgraded to a full size vehicle at no additional cost. The car is clean and has a full tank of gas. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service and uneducated upon their own services. I'd called and was transferred to 3 different branches bc they gave my insurance claim car away, disregarded our reservations and advised me to call my car insurance company. Extremely unprofessional, unaccountable and disrespectful. I highly recommend Enterprise! Id give this a negative 5.

Hertz was the ONLY company the insurance company would work with as our vehicle was being repaired, so I planned ahead setting up the date to drop it off at the repair shop, jump into the rental at the repair site, and return to the rental office to complete all the paperwork. So here I am... Monday morning, just minutes prior to the time I am to meet the rental people and BAMO - they had no record of picking me up AND the earliest they could fit me in was 10 am. Did I mention that I work 8-4:30? The female offering the apology was pleasant and I believe sincere. My advice to her...I would find another place to work that doesn't leave customers hanging and twisting in the breeze.

If I could give negative stars I would! I was so unbelievably upset and disappointed with Hertz yesterday. I know this is a crazy time for everyone. But i was really counting on them. And there is no excuse to what they did to our family. I thought I'd be able to see my kids also, now I'm stuck. I called twice spoke to a man that works at this location. To go over the requirements and so forth to rent a vehicle. I actually spoke to him twice around 2 pm. I was trying to help my Father in Law rent a vehicle to get to Kentucky to quarantine. My Brother in Law is in healthcare. In Cincinnati Childrens! It would of been nice if we could of gotten there to give some relief and watch the kids so he could concentrate on work. Again I spoke w them at 2 pm all was fine, no word of closing. We get there at 3 pm to rent the car I RESERVED ONLINE at 3 pm!! Doors were locked, no answer on their phones. They had a sign saying by appt. Which I would think the reservation I did online would count as a appt!. I've never been more upset with a company than I was w Hertz yesterday. You broke my heart. Now I'm stuck. My father in law is stuck. I miss my kids terribly. Thanks hertz for everything!

The man Juan at this location was super! He really was patient and wonderful in serving me with my car rental needs, I loved his great customer service! Very friendly I will most definitely be using Hertz from now on 😁

My experience here seals the deal that I will never rent anywhere but Enterprise. I actually had a reservation made here by my mechanic, as my car was in the shop. My mechanic had used them before, and had already called ahead with all of my information. We get their, and they start to ask for all of my information again, and want me to fill it all out by hand. Myself and the auto mechanic manager ask why , as 1 it was already sent over and 2 this was never needed for last rentals that the mechanic has made for customers before. The manager their (if you can call him that), says flat out thats not true, and that this has always been their policy. When the auto manager said no thats not true and pulled up his records, the manager said 'doesn't matter that's how it is and you're wrong, and then he walked away to the back room'. On top of all of this he was very unprofessional, and eating as he was hovering over his employees doing nothing. When I finally got the car, it was dirty, smelled of smoke and had a low tps light. Never again!
