I called a week ahead of my pickup date to insure they had the right vehicle because I used Insurance and wanted no out of pocket. Day of pickup they didn't have the correct vehicle which lead to me paying out of pocket. Every time I've went to the west board location they never have the right vehicle with or without an early notice. Even though it's their own fault I was still overcharged

Nikko ( hopefully I spelled it right) was very helpful. She had a sense of humor and made the process quick as possible as I was on a time limit. She also picked out her favorite car which was very nice and rode very smoothly with no complications. Thanks to her I was able to make my grandmothers funeral with a nice car that got me there and back safely.. thank you NIkko I hope to see u again in May !!!

The van I got to drive while my car was being repaired was cleaned and ready to go. The service was great and I highly recommend this establishment.

This location has disappointed me not once, but twice. I have used several enterprises in different cities and states but never had issues like I’ve had here. Customer service was mediocre at best. I overheard another customer say the car they were given had expired tags, maintenance lights on, and in need of an oil change. Having made a reservation, They couldn’t locate my reservation and then couldn’t get a hold of my insurance company when I had zero issue doing it myself on site. The female at the counter was making statements that I looked “agitated” when I was rather calm. After standing there for 30 plus minutes, all she offered was for me to pay $20 a day out of pocket when the insurance company had made adjustments to my car rental limit but, their system wasn’t showing the adjustment. Needless to say, i left with no car and unsatisfied. The only helpful person there was Carlos. He was kind, professional, and tried his best to fix my situation. When he was unable too due to the female worker deleting my reservation all together, I left empty handed. He was very apologetic even though none of this was his fault to begin with and offered to help me on his next working day. The female had nothing to say nor did I even want to talk to her. It was my mistake going back to this enterprise since their staff was just as disrespectful two years ago. Lesson learned and I will NOT be going here again. Don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t waste your money here.

I'm giving the whole company my 2 star review because when you book a vehicle they should have it cleaned and ready to go by the pick up time. Once I had to wait for it to be cleaned another time I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive. My other complaint is that there hours need to be extended for drop off and also when your in this type of business every day needs to be available for drop off so if your renting one day for weekend and have to be charged for a Monday drop off and with certain peoples hours of employment they are unable to during certain hours. They should be a company open 8am to 8pm every day. I have stopped renting because of these issues. They lose a lot of business that I know of because of the schedule at all locations.

This is what customer service is all about. But wait. It is related to problem solving also. I had two issues when I picked up and when I dropped the car and both issues were solved immediately with a huge smile by the AREA Manager (I believe) John . What a fantastic professional. Well done to all the crew at West Broad Street. Really made my week

Rubel and Kat were fantastic!!! They provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond what was expected. Despite having an issue with the first vehicle, the team at this location provided me with a new ride without any hassle whatsoever. 10/10 recommend!!

I used the enterprise at west broad street, and kat was amazing, she ended up going above and beyond . She's a great manager anyone would be proud to have. Probably need to pay her more. Just saying...

I really wish there was a zero stars option! The managers name is Kat, she is about 5”7 and about 140 pounds has black hair and big thick bullet proof glasses with a dyke spike. The customer satisfaction and care at this location is unbelievably terrible to the point I can’t believe it’s even legal. Very terrible customer service she is very very unprofessional and very condescending, she abuses her power at this location. I wouldn’t avoid this business as much as possible. I’m also convinced that they’re scamming going on. They require you to open a whole new bank account of their choosing, because they don’t accept the debit card you currently have. I tried to bring it up to the manager when I asked a simple question, she was very rude and disrespectful. She abused her power and turned down my girlfriend‘s renovation just a flex her power because I asked her a simple question that she did not want to hear. She then threatened to call the police on me for something, I did not commit any illegal activity. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and huffing and puffing and talking down to me all because I asked her why all of a sudden did her company have a change of heart towards us. She started belittling me and flexing her power. I had to cuss her out just for her to realize she can’t talk to people like that. I asked her a simple question and she treated me like I was on the streets. They tell you their insurance pays for everything but they really don’t you pay out of pocket as well with this company. I talked to the managers the managers and corporate will never return your call. They overcharge you way too much and it’s not worth the money. I will never go to another enterprise in my life and best believe I will call the Better Business Bureau and report this. And by the way this has a 3.9 rating because people of the company come through and leave their positive reviews, it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction reviews. all employee reviews or people bribed to come here and put positive ratings Avoid this location at all cost and if you can avoid this company at all cost as I believe there is some scamming going on.
