So as of now I have to change the rating. Told me they would have my van done by a certain time and now it's not. I told them if time was going to be an issue I wasn't going to do it yet as I have obligations that I need my van as I'm a paraplegic war vet. They are making me pay for the cost of them not having it ready with having to pay for rental cars that don't hardly work. It won't work at all for this weekend when I need my van so I can bring my wheelchairs and stuff with me out of town. I was told I would be kept informed throughout the process that was a lie. The only information I got was when I called yesterday and they told me my van was not going to be done when they said. I was told I was going to receive a call today with new options for this and still have not. Absolutely terrible customer service I'm going to drive and talk to someone in the rental today I just hate trying to get the wheelchair over my lap it's hard and painful. Edit again they worked hard and got it done in time for this weekend. Definitely need to work on buisness communication skills. But I'm glad they got it done in time.

I had a terrible experience! The fine line on alum creek Dr. Stole the battery out of my car and replaced it with a dead battery that didn't fit my car. They denied the facts provided to them. I still had to buy a new battery for $220 that I just bought not even a year ago. I even have receipts to prove where I got my battery from and they still denied the actions. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided. I will never return to this company for any service. Service: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle for estimate of a lower panel replacement. They were cordial and professional all the way through. They advised me they would order the part, paint it, and have it ready for installation when they contacted me. They were true to their word. They called, I brought my vehicle, and 45 minutes later, I was on the road again with my new panel in great order. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. After being in an accident. I was referred to Fine Line. After speaking to Terrence. He had my car towed to the shop and proceedings were started then on getting my car repaired. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Always kept me in the loop on my car, the insurance payment the whole nine. From what my car looked like after the accident to now……I’m loving it.
