My car broke down while I was moving! So I asked the tow guy if he knew where I should get it towed to and he recommended Bruce's. He specifically said they were ethical. I've lived here for a year and a half now, and have kept taking my car to Bruce's. They've always answered my question when I asked what was like, a safety issue or had the potential to become super expensive if I put it off. I've never felt pressured or had any sales tactics used on me. They just try to make sure you know what to bundle to save money in the long run if you're able to make that decision financially. I've never gotten my car back and felt there was a new problem or that the repair wasn't done right. One time I had a question and they just said "bring it back no charge we'll look at it!" And it was just a quick little patch thing that they didn't charge me for and I did notice an improvement when I got it back. I've never had a repair go significantly over the timeframe they quoted and they always touch base with me if they find something additional that needs to be done beyond the initial quote before they extend the service time or increase the bill to work on it. I'm moving this summer and I'm definitely gonna miss having Bruce's in my backyard! 10/10 ~daicey

They were very professional, sweet, and did an awesome job. I wanted to surprise a friend all the way from florida and they ensured she received the flowers in a timely manner! Last time I went to The Establishment there was a new worker there. while she seemed really sweet, all she did was talk. I signed up online and it said that there was an 11 minute wait, since I stayed kind of far away it was perfect. So I got there and my name was on the screen as I expected. with one minute wait time-- there we're two stylist there. a guy and a girl the guy was washing a customer's hair the girl was cutting a customer's hair. a style that should have took all of 5 minutes to finish it looked like it was almost done. but all she did was hold the scissors and one hand and talk talk talk (occasionally she'd look at me) I'm assuming she knew I was irritated. There was points that she wasn't even cutting his hair she's just letting the clippers run. The male Barber finished washing drying and cutting someone's hair all before this chick finished her One customer, because she couldn't shut her mouth and do her job 🙄. She told this man her whole life story-- I feel like I know her personally now. I give three stars because I actually like the person who cut my hair I was actually really happy that it was not her! ~ieasha

I am a home remodeler and found this place when my wife wanted to refinish some of our furniture. She has no experience working with wood or paints so I was interested to see how this would all come out. I must say she went to the store, was given expert advise by the shop owner and the project came out like a professional factory finish. I am extremely impressed by the Fusion product and this retailer. I would highly recommend this to any skill level person with a refinishing or restoration project! i’ve tried to get my prescription many times through the drive thru window and both i’ve sat for more than 10 mins and no one comes to the window and the line has more than 5 cars so clearly no one is attending it properly. and no it wasn’t during their lunch time. ~Sarah

Received some pretty terrible notary service across the street at UPS. The clerk actually told me to go across the street and use the bank. I must admit, I haven’t stepped foot inside a bank for years so once I did that, I was greeted by a very welcoming teller! From there, she told me she would have Tabatha provide the service for free. As I sat awaiting Tabatha, who was already on a customer call, the branch manager herself came out to ask if she could assist! I was a bit blown away by that and she helped me with the notary in no time. She took a moment to explain some of the financial options I had with my account and I was on my way. Great service and it helps set the tone when no task is too small for the boss. ~Jimmy
