Last time I went to The Establishment there was a new worker there. while she seemed really sweet, all she did was talk. I signed up online and it said that there was an 11 minute wait, since I stayed kind of far away it was perfect. So I got there and my name was on the screen as I expected. with one minute wait time-- there we're two stylist there. a guy and a girl the guy was washing a customer's hair the girl was cutting a customer's hair. a style that should have took all of 5 minutes to finish it looked like it was almost done. but all she did was hold the scissors and one hand and talk talk talk (occasionally she'd look at me) I'm assuming she knew I was irritated. There was points that she wasn't even cutting his hair she's just letting the clippers run. The male Barber finished washing drying and cutting someone's hair all before this chick finished her One customer, because she couldn't shut her mouth and do her job 🙄. She told this man her whole life story-- I feel like I know her personally now. I give three stars because I actually like the person who cut my hair I was actually really happy that it was not her!

Checked in online had a 0 minute wait. Walked in and there as a line out the door and then was told people were infront of me. The manager on duty was very disrespectful kept rolling her eyes. Never going back I will continue paying the 30 dollars for a real barber because at least there I get quality and respect not patches that are messed up. They took 5 customers and made me wait even tho I was checked in and at the top of the list worst experience ever fallen was a great worker and wish she was still there. Probably one of the most honest reviews on here. The manager was also making fun of autistic children and children with disabilities. Never going back ever again Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

William rushed and took a total of 5minutes to cut my hair. Took a giant chunk out of the front of my hair with clippers. Had to go back to store and was treated with attitude. I asked for my money back and was told he will just fix it. 2customers saw what happened and walked out. Showed him where he took a #3 clipper to half of the top of my head and he told me that's how my hair grows and scoffed. Went to salon to get fixed and the girls laughed ab how butchered my hair was. Save yourself the trouble... Go somewhere else Service: Haircut
