I've been coming to this location for the past year and my hair has never looked better. I've never had a professional beard trim before I came here, and it's a game changer. Every time I've been here, they've had me in and out in a timely fashion. Its well maintained inside; clean and orderly. Always well stocked on on different products. I highly recommend Alyssa as a stylist. Not only has she given me amazing haircuts, she's helped me pick out the right product for my hair. If you need a haircut, this is the place to go!

Had me “sign in” with my phone number when my wait time was over 40+ minutes so I got a bite to eat next door thinking they would text me when my time was coming up. Never got the text at all….even though there’s a sign right by the register that says they use some kind of software thing that will tell you when you’re close to 15minutes away. Not sure who the worker was but she was absolutely rude and made it seem like everything was an inconvenience. When I told her what I wanted (basically a fade on the sides and a little longer on the top) she asked me if I usually go to a barber and that she couldn’t do what I wanted even though I’ve never had an issue at other Great Clips or literally anywhere. By this point I was over the entire experience and told her it was fine, that I’d rather just not bother. I later came back and let her know this is by far the most unwelcoming experience I’ve ever had at a hair cutting establishment and that she needs to work on her demeanor. I’d much rather spend my money at a place where people are properly greeted, respected and wanted. Not having eyes rolling back after every utterance or interaction.

Several times near closing, my family and I have tried to visit this location for trimming services, and each time the waitlist shows complete with the same customer’s name; however, there is no room for another customer to check in… Today, I decided to go into the salon at 730pm to see if there was room at all for a trim- when I walked in, there was no one in the salon- one stylist was doing her hair, and the other was sweeping the floor. The check-in screen listed the name Randy W. (+3); however, no one was there. I decided to wait around to see if this was a mechanism for the stylist to avoid services at closing- and I can confirm that Randy W. (+3) never showed up and, for that matter, I believe was just a placeholder for the stylist to prep for closing. This level of avoidance is rude, petty, and ultimately just poor customer service. The stylist was female with many piercings on her ears, her area is on the far left side 2nd from the back when walking in the front door. She took care a another little boy prior to us and she rang them up for $13. I guess we just make up prices with no explanation at this store. Service: Haircut
