I called at the last minute on Monday to have flowers delivered to my daughter in Olmsted Falls and requested the smiley cup with yellow roses added. They sent me a picture of the arrangement and my daughter was thrilled. So are we. Thank you Brennan's!

I’ve never ordered from here before, went on DoorDash at 3:20 to order from here some flowers for my wife’s birthday. They close at 5PM but they cancel my order at 4:30. Walked in here to buy a single flower to pin on a suit for my child’s last-minute decision to attend homecoming. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a boutonnière, but I wanted a single flower for a self-made, makeshift boutonnière. I waited in a cloud of cigarette smoke for a few minutes until the man, I’m presuming the owner, who had his back to me the entire time, finished his call/order. There was so much smoke that I was gagging through my mask. I used to smoke years ago and recently, my mother died from small cell lung cancer caused by smoking cigarettes. So cigarette smoke triggers me in more than one way. I don’t ever expect it inside a business let alone a flower shop. But anyway, I had tried to explain that I wanted a single flower to create my own boutonnière, thinking he could suggest what flower would be best for my creation. I shouldn’t have even mentioned homecoming because he cut me off and said, “I’m not doing anymore corsages!” I said that I simply wanted a flower and a pin to pin on my daughter’s coat. He said he wasn’t making a boutonnière, either. I said I wasn’t asking him to make anything. He said he didn’t have anything. I looked at the coolers with single stems of flowers and said, “I would like to just buy a single flower” He then said I could buy a carnation. I said I’d like to buy anything except a carnation. He had roses laying on the counter in plain sight, so he begrudgingly admitted he had a few roses. I said that would be perfect. One red rose. He charged me $5.40 for one rose and a pin. Which is fine. I got what I needed. He just made the entire transaction terrible between the toxic cigarette smoke and his almost equally toxic tone and attitude. It’s not what you say, it is how you say it. He could’ve handled that so many different ways that would’ve resulted in me not poorly reviewing his business. The only reason I’m giving him 2 stars is because he did eventually sell me a single rose.

Just recently my fiancee lost her Uncle, the family coincidentally went to Brennan's floral, and they were very very happy with the arrangements that were put together

Terrible customer service. Order flowers for my wife to brighter her day but the bouquet she got was nothing like the picture on the web site. Ordered the mid grade ($39.00) and got the F grade. Worst bouquet i ever seen and i had to buy 10.00 delivery fee for a 6 tenths of mile delivery. Call to complain talk to some guy that has no good customer service in him and should not be answering the phone. Tried to talk to him He told me that the best i was getting and he would have the manager call me. That was 3 day ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST. Your better off getting flowers from a guy on the corner. At lease you know what your getting from the guy on the corner. Not this Swindling place....very bad stay away

Every time it snows you can be sure Brennan's will not shovel their sidewalk. It's been 4-5 days since it snowed and there's pure ice in front of their storefront for 3 days now. It's the same every time it snows. A business that does not care about the community is not one I am willing to support.
