6 Best mailing service in Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I wanted to call someone at the store at Broadway. I have gone there several times during business hours and they've just been shut with a note that says sorry we're not available. So to save myself a trip I tried to call. There is no way to reach anyone at this location. You have to go through the 800 number - it takes forever. they can't help you ,they cannot transfer you. It is the most maddening time wasting worthless endeavor. ~Betty

A district or regional manager really needs to step in at this location. It’s well past opening time, you can see people walking around the desk area and not even acknowledging they see you outside waiting. People are just leaving packages at the front entrance. ~duston
