The people at this store are amazing. They are always friendly and happy to help everyone that comes through the door there. Kathy and Brock are two of the nicest people you could ever meet! I was there today and just noticed how kind and helpful that they were to every single person that came in while I was there. They truly care, and it shows. A district or regional manager really needs to step in at this location. It’s well past opening time, you can see people walking around the desk area and not even acknowledging they see you outside waiting. People are just leaving packages at the front entrance. ~duston

I had the worst experience I have ever had today with this FedEx location. Usually, Ryan is there and he is amazing, nothing wrong with his service. I would give him 5 stars. But today, Desiree “helped” me ship a package. She refused to use the name I go by, the name I have shipped with before (not my legal name bc I haven’t changed it yet). She also didn’t use my current address, but only the information on my drivers license and never asked for my current address or an email to go with my legal name to provide me with the tracking information. I was trying to send a $10 blanket. She said the “only option for ground” was $30 to get it there by Friday. I don’t care how long it takes to ship, I’m not paying that much for a cheap blanket. She stuck with “that’s the only option”. I proceeded to send a $20 package for $20 shipping. She did not box the package in front of me or anything else like what is normally done when I have gone here to ship. I am super unhappy, feel very invalidated, and was not provided good customer service. I’m not one to write these reviews, but that’s how badly I am upset by this interaction. ~Braxton

Absolutely terrible staff. A lot of gossiping and complaining behind the counter and not willing to assist customers when the printer kiosks aren’t working properly and charge you and don’t print. After 1 hour attempting to copy 3 drawings I’m over charged with no refunds and left to dispute the charges with my credit card company. ~Craig
