Absolutely terrible staff. A lot of gossiping and complaining behind the counter and not willing to assist customers when the printer kiosks aren’t working properly and charge you and don’t print. After 1 hour attempting to copy 3 drawings I’m over charged with no refunds and left to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Was greeted by name by Mark H. and was quickly helped with some packages that I needed to pick up. I have a lot of inventory shipped into this location and Mark has made a special box for my shipments. Would 110% recommend this store and Mark H!

I went to this FedEx local Knoxville office to send my son a small box with a medical test in it. He is out of town and needed it the next day. Not only did it take three days to arrive, though I paid $50 for overnight shipping, but the lady packed it in an envelope! Envelope was crushed and destroyed and the medical test kit was crushed as well. This should have been in a box wrapped in bubble wrap. Not good business practice at all!

Love coming to this center for my printing needs - they're usually quite fast and helpful. I've experienced a few hiccups along my customer journey, but they have always been very apologetic and made up for it in their pricing and/or customer service. Overall, I've been pleased with the services that I have received here.

Terrible staff with zero customer service skills. Managers are interested in chatting with staff. I observed them passing by customers without even greeting them for 12 minute. No interest in helping customers at all or even working there! Outdated machines, they even lack on self service options . Avoid at all cost

I had my passport pictures taken here and she didn't care to show me the picture she took before printing them. After I paid and received the pictures, I noticed that both my eyes were droopy and not fully open. I asked her to retake them and she didn't really want to do it. After she retook them and processed them, she threw them on the counter without saying a word. Absolutely will not be returning to this location.

I went in here to print a last-minute concert ticket--one single page!--and decided to use the self-service kiosk because the line was exceedingly long. The touchscreen barely worked, sent me through dozens of screens just to log into my online account and would often freeze up for no reason. It took me 20+ minutes to print ONE PAGE and during that time the line at the counter was gone. I went to look for assistance and could find no one. I finally got the printer to work and the individual price was fine, but the hassle of just trying to print from those kiosks was not worth it. Other customers in the store also expressed their frustration with the other machines and computers, as it seemed nothing was working correctly.
