Best sign shop in Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) 2025

I had the worst experience I have ever had today with this FedEx location. Usually, Ryan is there and he is amazing, nothing wrong with his service. I would give him 5 stars. But today, Desiree “helped” me ship a package. She refused to use the name I go by, the name I have shipped with before (not my legal name bc I haven’t changed it yet). She also didn’t use my current address, but only the information on my drivers license and never asked for my current address or an email to go with my legal name to provide me with the tracking information. I was trying to send a $10 blanket. She said the “only option for ground” was $30 to get it there by Friday. I don’t care how long it takes to ship, I’m not paying that much for a cheap blanket. She stuck with “that’s the only option”. I proceeded to send a $20 package for $20 shipping. She did not box the package in front of me or anything else like what is normally done when I have gone here to ship. I am super unhappy, feel very invalidated, and was not provided good customer service. I’m not one to write these reviews, but that’s how badly I am upset by this interaction. ~Braxton

Absolutely terrible staff. A lot of gossiping and complaining behind the counter and not willing to assist customers when the printer kiosks aren’t working properly and charge you and don’t print. After 1 hour attempting to copy 3 drawings I’m over charged with no refunds and left to dispute the charges with my credit card company. ~Craig
