I wish I could’ve get a zero really a negative. I went to this store to ship a package off on a Friday (that had to go 2hrs from this location). It is now a week and they have no idea where my package is. I’ve been a customer service rep (I’ve been on the phone for days) the entire week to no avail. It is sad that a company as big as fed ex lose a package going two hrs. Per the website it’s still sitting in the same place I shipped it from, however there’sa restrictions on it lol so I can’t go get my own package. Which says that u lost it and not admitting it. Terrible service. Worst experience I’ve ever had shipping anything and fed ex will no longer get my business and neither will Office Depot considering they are partners.

I had the worst experience I have ever had today with this FedEx location. Usually, Ryan is there and he is amazing, nothing wrong with his service. I would give him 5 stars. But today, Desiree “helped” me ship a package. She refused to use the name I go by, the name I have shipped with before (not my legal name bc I haven’t changed it yet). She also didn’t use my current address, but only the information on my drivers license and never asked for my current address or an email to go with my legal name to provide me with the tracking information. I was trying to send a $10 blanket. She said the “only option for ground” was $30 to get it there by Friday. I don’t care how long it takes to ship, I’m not paying that much for a cheap blanket. She stuck with “that’s the only option”. I proceeded to send a $20 package for $20 shipping. She did not box the package in front of me or anything else like what is normally done when I have gone here to ship. I am super unhappy, feel very invalidated, and was not provided good customer service. I’m not one to write these reviews, but that’s how badly I am upset by this interaction.

Went to pick up my copies but the manager said he never received the request. Ordered another batch and went back two days later. This time he had the old order ready, but did not use the card stock I had paid extra for. He said there were no specifications in his ordering system that mentioned paper type (it's an option on the website. Again, you pay extra for this.) He also said he did not get the second order I had made the same day. I'd try somewhere else if I were you.
