Horrible experience. My husband and I was grabbing some small items and they came off completely rude and said we couldn’t pay for our items because they were closing. They were absolutely rude and they came off with “well, that’s too bad.” Very rude, unprofessional, and had the most horrible facial impressions. Of course my husband got very mad and walked away, & they said we were horrible customers. Maybe if they treated their customers with respect and not PLAY the favoritism card & let others go through instead…we will not be coming back to this Walmart. Such a horrible experience out of any Walmart we’ve ever been to. Horrible service, employees had the worst attitude..& stared @ us like we were stealing when we completely did no such thing but wanted to buy groceries…Do better Walmart. Especially this one. The store looked absolutely disturbing, and the bathrooms were absolutely GROSS!!!!! Seriously…do better. Fix the employees attitudes, train them to smile and be friendly!!!! & if you can’t be patient to wait for the customers to pay their groceries in time, maybe warn them that you’re closing…because remember sometimes you have customers that are hard of hearing, (my husband and I) was one of them. So be more cautious.

I was on hold for almost 20 minutes to get a response for a product I was looking for. I was informed the product could be on stock, but I should not be waiting for 20 minutes just to check availability of a product.

The store is full of self check out machines, and what few people work there are rude. Not to mention every time I have made a grocery pick up order, 5-10 items get cancelled and I can go inside and find the items sitting right there on the shelf. The inside of the store is also backwards compared to any other walmart I've been to in this state.

walmart banned us for "stealing" but couldn't even show us the evidence, the employee/manager (whatever he was) wouldn't even give us his name. he was extremely rude the whole time. told my mom she's a liar and a thief which is defamation of character. she's ANYTHING but a liar or a thief. they can ban us for absolutely nothing but they break the law daily by allowing pets and fake service dogs in? my service dog almost got attacked. got lunged at and barked at. and barked at a few times. i could've ended up in the hospital. they don't care about their customers, especially disabled people. they allow pets in the buggies which is against health code and just disgusting overall. do better walmart. you're disgusting.

This is about the 5th time this has happened. I pick up groceries weekly spending $300 weekly at this store. Pickup scheduled for 3. It’s 4:24 pick up still shows delayed and of course doesn’t show pick up is delayed until your there and it’s time for pickup. My husband waited over an hour and it still says delayed. It doesn’t tell you when it will be ready, it just says delayed. There should be a process. Why are you not notified of a time frame when groceries are delayed? I’m just supposed to stop what I’m doing and come when it’s convenient I guess. How about if you can’t provide the service don’t do it! 2 weeks ago when my husband did pick up it was raining he waited over an hour until he walked in the store to find out they don’t come out in the rain which would be nice if the site/app told you that. And then when he went in there’s no customer service, 4 people asked his name to never return and then $75 worth of items were not in the order after waiting 2 hours. Oh and then the refund takes 5-10 business days. This service is really a joke. I think I will take my business to Food Lion.

The incompetency of this place is insane. Making online orders (curbside grocery pickup) is a joke. Cold food items come out hot and melted or are missing entirely. They seem to not bother with substitutions anymore, my order today was missing 7 items. Last order was missing a whole bag of produce. I don't necessarily blame it on the workers because they aren't treated very well, but it's gone down hill.

This is probably the best Walmart I’ve visited anywhere. It’s clean, well organized and even the other customers seem in general to be pretty relaxed. It’s nice to go to a Walmart where everyone’s attitude seems to be under control.

Alot of items out of stock, no Cashiers present, had to use self checkout for a large purchase of groceries. They make you checkout your items and offer no assistance while watching you like you're committing theft. I have never liked this store and I don't recommend it. A customer shouldn't have to do the employees job when they're all standing around talking and watching you like you're stealing items.

Order was complete. took over an hour from check in until my car was loaded up.and that's after contacting the store manager. 3 tubs and one box of Ice cream were melted, boxed items crushed on at least one side (pop tarts, oatmeal, snack cakes). Milk was not as cold as I expected coming out right of the store. I will connect with manager again to attempt to resolve issue.

The most recent layout of the store has made my trips to Wal-Mart a whole lot faster and enjoyable. Everything is neatly placed which makes items easier to find. The store employees are always very helpful and there are many all around the store. Lastly Wal-Mart always offers the freshest veggies, latest tech and unbeatable price. Always happy to return!
