That kid you have working behind the register on Friday was extremely rude to my dad. My dad came in asking if they have a battery to his vape cartridge (most gas stations do where we live in South Carolina), the employee replied saying no but in a very snarky attitude. My dad said okay then proceeded to check out with his snacks. The employee then snatches the 20 out of my dad’s hands and hands while slamming the register and handing him the change without saying anything. I understand if your employee doesn’t like vapes, but if I ever got caught treating a customer like that at my job, I’d be fired immediately. Anyways, my family and I will never go to this store when coming to concord again, we will remember your store as the place not to go to. ~AK

The pumps are almost always out of paper, so I have to go inside to get a receipt. If I pay at the pump I should be able to get a receipt at the pump. I have to spend extra time going inside and waiting in line just to get my receipt. I've reported this problem many times on the app and inside the store, but they don't seem to care. Update: My wife asked for the key to the restroom and was told that they keep it closed at night. That was around 9:00 PM. We went to Irving and spent our money there instead. ~Kevin

My puppy has ocular hypoplasia, poorly developed ocular nerved aka limited eye sight. When she became injured and required a E-collar the standard plastic cone was not acceptable as it would have further impede her vision. I called around, to closer places, to include my vets office. No one had the inflatible E-Collar --- But PETCO did. ~sara

Took my car for inspection one of light was broken. Mitchell was super helpful and really appreciate talking to him and all advice he have. ~Dambar

Good quality food. No junk added, no good stuff removed. Excellent prices!!! Cheaper than any other burger joint except for maybe the dollar menu. ~Jennifer

This used to be our favorite restaurant! I'm hoping the owner reads this as suggestions not meant to be insulting. The appetizer, fried mozzarella, was very good. There were 3 of us-the server could have mentioned it was only 2 pieces. We had to ask for bread, then wait, and ask twice for the olive cream cheese. The bread was so over toasted it made our mouths sore. The entrees were excellent. The drinks were also very good. The silverware was definitely dirty. The floors were also in dire need of cleaning. The remodel is lovely! It's still as loud as ever. The waitresses were trying their best, but very busy and stressed. One of them is quite the yeller! We will try again some time. ~Trish

Bought modem and service 2 hours ago. Does not work. Xfinity cannot help and Boost store does not issue refunds. Buyer beware! UPDATE: after four days of holds and transfers with customer service at Boost Mobile and Xfinity the end result was that I needed a live coax hook up to to activate service. The associate that sold me the modem insisted all I needed was a power supply. I was very misinformed by the sales rep in the store. ~Rebecca

Can's stand working with this company. They make NO attempt to satisfy the customer. Had problems on July 3rd and still have problems. They just don't care at all about the end user. Download a new program into our computer but make NO attempt to show anyone how to use it. Just keep jamming new stuff down the customers thoughts weather they need it or not. When they complain....Just ignore them. Will NOT be using them once this contract comes due. This company just does not care about what the user wants. They have an agenda ~Conservative
