Drew was awesome answering my concerns. Spent extra time explaining what my problem seems to be. Had been to store on fort eddy and couldn't get any satisfaction. Won't be going back to Fort Eddy. Heights store will get my business

Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable with the apple products we were looking for. He was able to answer all of our questions quickly off the top of his head. Great guy very polite hope is here for the next time we need a new phone

my iphone died on a sunday so i stopped in to get a new one. the associate was very friendly but the store had no stock. my only option was to order one and wait 2 days for it to ship to the store. the associate said he would call when it comes in. tuesday comes and no call, i called and they hadnt received it. wednesday comes and still no call, i called and they could see it was in transit but wasnt at the store yet. thursday comes still no call, i called and it had finally come in. FOUR business days later, not the 2 that verizon quotes. i understand that the shipping is out of the stores control but i was annoyed that they didnt call. when i had originally gone in the associate said i would be able to trade my old phone in for $700. i had a different associate help me when i picked up the new phone. he would not accept the trade in. didnt give a reason just wouldnt take it. so instead of my phone costing $400 with a trade in i now have to finance the whole cost of the phone which makes a difference on my monthly bill. although the associates were friendly, i was very displeased with my experience. i will be going to other locations in the future.

I can't remember the sales person's name but he was incredibly helpful. He was very pleasant, patient and helped with everything I needed. I didn't feel pressured and he was extremely helpful. My fiance and I both got phones from him. He had tattoos and I believe one might have been a sunflower. Either was I extremely satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend this store.

We had a really positive experience buying our new phones from Phil at the D’Amante location in Concord. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We bought 2 phones and added a new line to our Verizon account and he patiently answered our many questions. We are now planning to upgrade a 3rd phone only because Phil demonstrated a few great features on a different style phone. We had such outstanding customer service we will only go to this location for our future purchases and will be sure to ask for Phil!!

Casey did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions. I went in for a phone case and screen protector. I had mentioned i was having trouble finding a phone mount for my truck. In less then 2 minutes he helped me find one and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Nick was also very knowledgeable and the two of them together were able to answer any other complicated questions I had.

I have been a Verizon customer since I got my own phone many years ago. I went to this store for help to add a couple of lines to my plan. Both men in the store were helpful and very pleasant. Even when helping me, they were answering the phone calls. Multi tasking skills were amazing. They were always respectful and courteous. Ended up trading in a phone as well and getting a better plan for my needs. They went above and beyond great customer service. Would recommend this store to all.

As a new Verizon customer, I was really encouraged with a great experience today at this location. I had help from both gentlemen working, but mostly from Tim. He was explanatory, patient, easy going, and all around pleasant with us as he took care of our needs. He continued to be that way even through what sounded like a really unreasonable phone call from another customer. Super professional...and patient with us and with the phone call he took. If I have any future Verizon needs, I'd have no hesitation in asking for him to help us again. I was also thankful to find no lines and a very clean and organized environment there. Thanks again for ensuring that everything was done thoroughly!
