It was a busy time of day but the staff was very good at greeting us all any Mindy worked me in while assisting another. I ordered a new phone and three days later Mindy provided excellent service getting me up and running! She is very pleasant and knowledgeable!

Mindy was nice and very helpful, she made the process of upgrading my broken phone easy. 5/7, a perfect score. I'd give another star if I could for them being closed on July 4th. It wasn't terribly convenient for me since I had broken my phone on Sunday, but I'd rather deal with a broken phone and them spend the holiday with their families.

It was time for a new phone and time was of the essence. I walked into the Claremont Verizon and was greeted by the most helpful and pleasant associate. Mindy did a great job understanding my situation and answering all of my questions. She helped me chose a phone and even set my new one up. Hands down, the best experience.

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and we had some of the best service I have ever had dealing with phones. Brett and Melinda worked together to get us both set up quickly with the exact phones we were looking for and saved us money overall. The only place we will go for phones.

Best Verizon store ever! They have helped us out twice now. The first time was in June and we just moved here and my phone died. The second time was last night. My wife’s phone was acting up and we took to another place that made the situation worse. After that the store suggested we take it to a Verizon store and they said there was one across the street. I remembered about the great service from before so we drove to Claremont instead. We got there about 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and they said, “No problem, we can get you taken care of,” Mindy went above and beyond and got us out the door with a working phone. Thank you. You will always be our phone store.
