Been there 4 times in a months time and always out of frozen coffee and other flavors. Today closed when it says open.

They didn't make my coffee right and they tried 2 time and I always go there so I don't understand how they always get my coffee wrong

First time here in a long time. There was only three people working, two on drive thru and one on the counter.The lady at the counter and one on the drive thru were very nice (the other one was complaining about something out loud). It does have a public bathroom and using a wheelchair may be difficult to get inside. Prices aren't too bad and the food/drinks are good.

My daughter ordered items from the app for pickup. Got all the way there and they were out of the donuts she ordered. The lady wouldn’t refund her and said they couldn’t refund the app. Didn’t offer anything in compensation or to replace just stole $5.56 from my daughter.

Where would we be with out caffeine? The coffee is always hot and delicious just the way I like it. The staff is courteous and very helpful!!! Definitely 5 Stars.....

The girl Ashley who I usually see working the window is the best! Shes always so sweet and bubbly. Always has a smile on her face and makes my coffee perfect! I feel like it's always a hit or miss but I know if I see her working I'll get my coffee made the right way.

Over $4 for a medium, regular iced coffee at the drive thru. It's too dark. Pull around to go inside for creamers (negating the whole purpose of a drive-thru), and the doors are locked. Only open for drive-thru service on a summer afternoon. Girl outside taking a break says we'll have to get in line again for the drive-thru to get the creamers. "There's nothing I can do I'm on break." Ok, you're on a break. I get it, I'm sure you deserve a break. You can't take 30 seconds to grab me 3 creamers?🤦♂️ First world problem? Absolutely. But if you're going to take my money Dunkins, can you please at least exert a little effort?

Recent months at least dozen times everytime i order "frozen coffee with with cream" and they hand me a frozen coffee with whipped cream PLUS CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE OR CARAMEL SAUCE....Never fails... if i wanted drizzle id go to Starbucks! I didnt ask for your fancy addition.....stopped trying to be cute

Nice stop for a quick coffee and hash brown . Kids loved donuts too .. cold coffee was the best . Regular coffee wasn’t that good . Too watery ..
