We have been here a few times passing through. One of the times we were not able to order food because they had shut down the kitchen early. Yesterday we were not able to order at all because they closed half an hour before their posted hours. I'm posting this because if I were the owner, I would want to know why I'm missing out on sales.

Tried to go into the lobby but, it was closed early as usual. Went threw the drive threw took a while to get threw short staffed and very much unorganized, left two employees high and dry on a holiday weekend, and not fully trained. And when I got my order it was wrong

Good people doing their best. If they get an order wrong they're willing to fix it. I don't understand why people get so angry when their coffee is made slightly wrong. Mistakes happen.

The past 3 times I have gone here they have messed up my order. How hard is it to put a muffin in a bad? They need to listen better to customer's and talk less amongst each other then maybe the orders would be right

I ordered thru the app this morning and had a friend pick it up for me. It was wrong from the looks of it when she brought it in though the sticker on the side was correct. I think mocha was added instead of caramel or maybe a turbo shot? Anyway, I spoke with Shelly on the phone who was very nice and told me to bring it back. When I got there an Angel or Angela helped me and proceeded to lecture me on ordering less ice and getting more milk and that is not how it is supposed to be ordered or made. I actually had a gastric bypass some years ago and it takes me most of the day to drink it (I didn't feel that I had to share this but...?) I hate when all that ice melts and it tastes like milky water. I did not appreciate the lecture, they way she was looking at me and being degraded in front of another customer who looked at me like he couldn't believe I was being lectured either. The Colebrook Dunkin is literally THE ONLY Dunkin around for miles. It is really unfortunate that you have to deal with this type of degradation when you go in here. It is not the first time and I am certain it will not be the last. So, so disappointed. I have had good dealings in here in the past as well with some very nice people - not all are bad, but this morning was truly awful. I work with the public and would never lecture anyone - I wouldn't have a job if I did.

They don’t take the Dunkin app. First time we went through drive through the staff was extremely rude. Second time we went, we went inside and they took over 30 minutes to give us two coffees and two pre-made food items. We had to remind them of our order several times as the staff was just deleting food items off the “to make” screen. Not sure we will go for a 3rd time.
