Delicious fast, fresh, healthful, seasonal food. Smoothies, power bowl type food, salads, burgers & fries, even sweet potato fries. Curteous of the enviornment by using recyclable food containers, and lack of excess food materials/utensils etc. Friendly quick service. Spacious seating. Decently priced. Rather disappointing. I was looking forward to trying. Burger was marginal. Fries stale. Ketchup too much like tomato paste. Orange cream soda- hubby didn’t like anything about this. My Salad was good but small for $12. “Tip” at register 18%+ (yup could have / should have) made this a $40 lunch for two. And the table was sticky. Bummer

The food was good but one of the servers was quite rude — it was nearing closing time and I was sitting in a place that couldn’t be seen from the counter. He just yelled from behind the counter very loudly “Excuse me miss, just to let you know we are closing in 7 minutes!!!” I was well aware of the time. And I found it very rude and lazy of him to yell rather than come up to me and say it more gently face to face, which is the proper way to it. I have experience working in customer service. It did not make me feel welcome there. It’s a shame because the place has potential.

This restaurant has a pleasing atmosphere and good location with outdoor seating. Food is mediocre and overpriced for the quality. I’m not sure if the signature B.Good sauce tastes like water or if someone forgot it on my order. Buffalo cauliflower was completely dry with no sauce. No buffalo flavor. Alright, but far from what I was hoping for. Probably won’t return.

Good quality food. No junk added, no good stuff removed. Excellent prices!!! Cheaper than any other burger joint except for maybe the dollar menu.

Loved the food! Me and my friend don’t visit Concord very much but the place beats any restaurant you’ll find at a food court. Just got a burger (without the sauce, little hesitant to try it) and some sweet potato fries. I did have to wait a bit because they were busy, which was no problem at all. The staff where really nice especially one of them at the cashier who explained the sauce to me. Definitely would eat here again on my next trip.

The sweet potato fries were definitely expired and the food wasn’t seasoned very well, if at all. I also asked for no egg and I got an egg. I won’t be coming back — way too expensive for what I got.

Lunch time- Order online on BGood’s website and they used Uber Eats to have it delivered. Notifications came up rather quickly but no delivery of order arrived. Ubereats could not help even though I got notification from UberEats of driver name and etc. I tried calling B.Good in Concord but no one is answering and you can’t leave a voicemail. Now I have to drive to the location to get some kind of reimbursement.

We dined in but it took over 15 min for our food. Kale bowl was quite tasty but my "beyond" burger was not hot. Bun was not grilled/toasted and had little flavor. Fries were hot but came late. Meh.

My son loves this place! Although he misses the hot dog, he does love the cheeseburger combo and vanilla shake. I love the new smoked trout sandwich ( don't see that everywhere!) and the chicken pesto sandwich. Nice to see some new items! Staff is friendly and always get our order right. Will definitely go back to this location!
