I had an appointment scheduled from 3-5. Took off work so I can get this handled. I called around 3:30 just to make sure date and time was correct. Didn’t want to wait to the last minute before I called. Talked to a lady. She said he was working a job and will call before he heads your way. 30 mins before 5. I call again she said she would call me back 15 mins too never did. When I called back the phones were turned off. And nobody ever showed up. So basically I took off work for absolutely NOTHING.

Great service, took time to explain to me what was wrong, answered my questions and gave me tips on how to extend the life of my door, rollers and spring ! Thank you. The spring broke on my garage door. The repairman Dan was nice and did a great job fixing the spring. He also gave the door a good inspection, tightened some loose bolts and patched up the seal. I highly recommend this company and Dan. Good folks.

They have been nice each time they come out, but last time I called on a Friday afternoon, they wouldn't come out until Monday, and this time, they wouldn't answer the phone after 4:45pm. I ended up having The Garage Door Guy come out, and he had it fixed perfectly by 6:30p. I will use him again.

He took the time to walk us through all of the door options and even gave recommendations based on which doors would add to the value of our home. We made a choice, got the door ordered, and Zach was back out quickly to install what I must say is a beautiful garage door. We did get quotes from other companies, and not only was Affordable Garage Door Service the best price, but my husband and I agreed that their prompt service and sale process was by far the most comfortable experience of them all.
