Sprint I have had since 1997 & T - Mobile merged with Sprint. To long to explain . The place to go if you live in the north shore of Boston on Route one north right in saugus . Is one the best places to go & if you need help & also they can give a good plan also if you are new to Android's & eye phones. This the place to go. Q💯

My 81 y.o. Dad and I went to get help rebooting his IPhone. Justin was amazing! Welcoming, patient, reassuring, and he knew exactly what he was doing. I thought we would be pressured for a sale, but that did not happen. Thank you Justin! You made my Dad very happy!!!!

Went in to pre-order new phone. They said it was trade in for A20 when I'm trading in S10. They said we have to go in once the phone arrives we have to return it and order a new one, and wait for another one to come in. Tried to make us pay $600 dollars when the deal said trade in for free. Horrible Service. Messed up trade in order with the phone in his hand.

Store Manager Calvin provided excellent service, solved an ongoing problem I had with my phone - he got it up and running after the online techs were repeatedly unable to do so. 20/20 hindsight - I should have gone to see Calvin first; I would have avoided quite a few hours of misery. And he followed up with a call later in the day to make sure everything was resolved. He saved T-Mobile a customer who was ready to jump ship to another carrier.

They told me my phone had water damage when I brought it in with a crack screen just by looking at the charger port. They told me that's also why my phone doesnt charge. Problem is my phone charges perfectly. They wouldn't help me and I pay insurance monthly. Got it checked out today at another store and was told I had no water damage at all and they don't know how they could just look at it and tell me that without testing it so yeah. Very disappointed knowing they just didn't want to help because I dont know why. (They where so dismissive that I could only guess what the problem was but its a slight possibility I wasn't tan enough... <-- sarcasm)

New staff ever since this T-mobile sprint merging together thing , went into the store in November 8th to do a preorder with staff Ashley (she cracked my screen protector )went into the store on the 21st of November a second time to finally get my iPhone 12 max pro Calvin told me it was a problem on their end and couldn’t give me my phone etc so walked away with no new phone told me it will only take a couple of days Waited for weeks called to check up 2 in that time Period nothing dec. 22nd I just cancelled everything.

I gave only one star because there is no other option for no stars! My elderly father went into the store on Friday, July 17 because his battery on his iPhone 8 could not hold a charge. He was told the battery was about to catch on fire or combust and that he needed a new phone right away. They asked him to leave his phone and passcode and they would order him a new phone which will be delivered to the store on Monday, July 20th. He is an elderly gentleman and not familiar with these types of processes. My father left the store went home and waited for a call. Monday came around and he hadn't heard back so he called and they told him it hasn't arrived as of yet. Wednesdays he called again and the same answer, it hasn't arrived. On Thursday he decided to call Asurion and the woman told him it would be delivered to the store on July 28th. I spoke to my father and he explained the situation. I decided to drive to the store myself to see what I could figure out. When I got there I spoke with Hector who told me my father never left his phone here. I said he absolutely did and Hector started to argue while raising his voice to me. Asking another employee, Mike said the phone was never sent out because they changed the battery there and it was supposed to be picked up that day. As I pressed where is the phone they went into the back of the store and came out with the phone saying they replaced the battery but wouldn’t provide any paperwork saying they did. Mike said they could not give out any paperwork because he has my father's information on it. But they gave me the phone without him present? with all their information on it? but no paperwork? I did call Asurion (insurance agency) on the way to confirm a battery was replaced. During this ordeal, Hector and the others tried to intimidate me and were sketchy and when we asked several times why did they need the password/passcode they would change avoid the topic. I alone as a woman trying to help my 75-year-an old elderly father in the store with 5 male employees all standing around trying to intimidate me was nerve racking? There are only two words for this place DISHONEST and RUDE. We are going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

Really bad customer service I was waiting for one hour to someone talked to me. Please stay away from sprint they offer you free phone but after couples months you get charge, internees is sucks.
