Normally we never have a problem with the Lynn postal service but my boyfriend and I left out a box of non perishable food on our porch for the Stamp out Hunger program and it was never picked up. We had it out on the porch all day on Saturday May 14th 2022. So now we have this extra box of food to put back in our cabinets. Annoying

The mail rarely is delivered properly to my address ups packages are always messed up the willo street post office in lynn needs a complete overhaul the issues with the mail is horrible and the customer service is terrible

If they know the most busy time why have one person at the window when there a line at the door poor service horrible everybody definitely looks miserable 11:30 there’s always a huge line from 11 suggest you I drop the same items off same package but always different price ask about it they couldn’t even give me an answer a girl took my order always the same price but a guy always charge more then usual

Money orders, post office boxes for rent, passports, hold mail, send letters and gifts to friend and family all that and more! Everyone is very friendly and professional and their are also bilingual employees! English and Spanish ✔️ And for my fellow stamp collectors! You see them you want them you buy them, or I sure will! USPS.com has a massive variety of stamps while they last!

Do not come here to get your passport photos taken. My #1 mistake. I applied for my passport a couple weeks back and the guy working there took my picture and said it was “fine”. A month later and the passport agency denied my photo because of a blurry image. You’d think a post office worker would know if a photo would get denied or not. But no, I paid extra for expedited services now I might not be able to travel! Poor service and a waste of my money.

LYNN USPS IS TERRIBLE! My packages say delivered, I was home all day no packages! This happened two weeks ago spoke with supervisor made it so when they scan says leave on back porch. NOT FOLLOWING THAT EITHER! So either my mailman is a thief or delivers everything to the wrong house! BS now cant get through on phone!

I am so discouraged by them. I have never had a package go missing and I was home the time the mail man supposedly scanned my package as delivered at 6:02pm I was home all day, hear my mail delivered earlier in the afternoon and nothing. but somehow my package was delivered and scanned as delivered at i time I was home and it never saw the package. I have attempted to call this post office numerous amounts of times and I was told they'd call me back. I've been waiting. it's been two days. Apparently they delivery person was off yesterday and she needed to check with him if he remembered "leaving the package"! this is an outrage!! If he left the package I would have received it. I live in a single family house and all he had to do was knock in the door..my kids are loud enough to hear if he doubted if there was anyone home with my car parked right in the driveway. And never mind that the mail man neglects using my mailbox and just throws my mail on the ground NEXT to my mailbox!! I'm about to pay them a visit!

I do not appreciate having a package listed as 'delivered to you...put in your mail box' when they have not delivered it at all. On Sunday Lynn does our town's deliveries. The package was never delivered but listed by the Lynn Post office on tracking that it was. This resulted in 2 hours of my husband's time trying to figure out what happened to the package and what to do about it. Thanks to my local carrier I was able to figure out what happened and receive my package the next day. I do not mind if something is a day late but PLEASE DO NOT SAY IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASN'T!
