United States Postal Service
Normally we never have a problem with the Lynn postal service but my boyfriend and I left out a box of non perishable food on our porch for the Stamp out Hunger program and it was never picked up. We had it out on the porch all day on Saturday May 14th 2022. So now we have this extra box of food to put back in our cabinets. Annoying ~Vanessa

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer
I usually pay my bill online but I was in the neighborhood today and figured I would pay in the store. I am so thankful that I did. A woman by the name of Maxi working the front desk was the nicest most helpful person I have ever worked with. She made the process extremely easy for me and went above and beyond with her customer service. This girl deserves a raise. I would hang on to her !!! She was so kind I knew I had to run to the car to review this woman and your store ~Julishaa

West Lynn Auto Service
I called the shop and spoke to Scott and was able to bring my car in the next morning. Needed new brakes. He explained everything to me thoroughly and told me he was going to let me know exactly what I needed to get done, which I appreciate. I’ve been to places where I feel people tell you need things that you don’t need just to get more money outta you. He kept communication the whole time be it by phone or in person and to me, that’s everything. When I returned to pick up my car, he told me it was only brakes I needed and that I should def get new tires soon. So that will be my next investment. He was kind and honest and the cost of the brakes were reasonable. This was my first time receiving service at this shop, and I foresee more services being rendered in the future. Thanks Scott! ~Lynda
Midas
I brought a car in that I inherited from a deceased family member. The car had been parked for over a year so it was totally dead and I had to get it towed in. I explained why I was in Massachusetts and that I was only in town for Saturday and I planned on driving the car to Pennsylvania Sunday morning. The person I left my keys with in the morning assured me that they would inspect the car thoroughly and get it up and running after explaining all of that. Even the advertisement on the wall said they would check a list of things if you ask. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and I had to take care of my deceased family member affairs on Saturday while Midas had the car so I didn't have time to fully inspect the car because they said they would do it. They got the car up on running 30 minutes before they closed. They told me the car was perfectly fine and it didn't need anything but the battery. The car got me home safely on Sunday but I noticed things from the time I left the shop till Sunday afternoon when I unloaded the car. I noticed the following: Needed Service. Needed Engine Oil. Needed Brake Fluid. Shop didn't screw in the battery after changing it. Missing spare tire (I wasn't told about this) Missing jack (I wasn't told about this) Looks like it's missing fuses. Even though the car got me home it's very scary to know that I could've ran out of engine oil, lose control of the brakes or got a flat that I could not replace 200+ miles away from home on a Sunday. ~Don
Shell
Prepaid for gas inside the store and when i went to fill, pump price was 20 cents higher then what i had paid inside and what was advertised. Seems like they are doing this alot. The gentleman behind the counter said he had just changed the price in the time ofbprepaying inaide and walking to the pump. ~jonathan
