Just received the my food, the order was almost right. They forgot to give us the soda. When called the woman said that " oh yes we got the soda because the order was made online". When asked if someone can drop it, I was told that she had to call here manager and will call me back in 5 minutes. That didn't happened, I waited 20 minutes later for her to say she can refund me back 2 dollar or I can pick it up in the morning? I spent $115.64 I also gave them a tip. When asked again if anyone an make a quick drop off, I was told that they are closed sorry, I went back online to confirm that and found that they have an hour left. I hate to write this, I have worked in customer service before and like everyone else I am not perfect, but I always right my wrongs even if I have to do it off hours. ~Jon
