I usually pay my bill online but I was in the neighborhood today and figured I would pay in the store. I am so thankful that I did. A woman by the name of Maxi working the front desk was the nicest most helpful person I have ever worked with. She made the process extremely easy for me and went above and beyond with her customer service. This girl deserves a raise. I would hang on to her !!! She was so kind I knew I had to run to the car to review this woman and your store

VERY HAPPY to literally have one nearby when Cricket stores are so widely sptead apart! Cricket is a EXCELLENT carrier since they are a part of AT&T and the Cricket Add It Up app allows you to take multiple actions that let have fun and save money on your phone bill!❤😃
