Best car wash in Lynn, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I called the shop and spoke to Scott and was able to bring my car in the next morning. Needed new brakes. He explained everything to me thoroughly and told me he was going to let me know exactly what I needed to get done, which I appreciate. I’ve been to places where I feel people tell you need things that you don’t need just to get more money outta you. He kept communication the whole time be it by phone or in person and to me, that’s everything. When I returned to pick up my car, he told me it was only brakes I needed and that I should def get new tires soon. So that will be my next investment. He was kind and honest and the cost of the brakes were reasonable. This was my first time receiving service at this shop, and I foresee more services being rendered in the future. Prepaid for gas inside the store and when i went to fill, pump price was 20 cents higher then what i had paid inside and what was advertised. Seems like they are doing this alot. The gentleman behind the counter said he had just changed the price in the time ofbprepaying inaide and walking to the pump. ~jonathan
