This is the worst maintained Target I’ve ever seen. I usually brag about how nice Target is, but this is as bad or worse than Walmart.

What a downward dump this place has become. It used to be so nice and good. Now I’m sitting here over 45 min for my drive up order. I go to Taunton or Seekonk and there’s no wait. This place has gone down hill FAST!!!! I’ll stick to Taunton or Seekonk from now on.

Ive always loved target but it's really gone down hill. The store was an absolute disaster. The womens clothes section had clothes all over the floor, candy on the group from valentine's day all open and it was horrible. The kids toys are all over the floor as well as the records, men's clothes, food section, etc. This store is distroyed. I have never in my life seen a target this destroyed. I would not recommend going there is for you are buying records because 90% of them are either opened, on the floor with damage or just straight up gone. The amount of records I picked up off the floor that had no packaging was ridiculous. The amount of carts full of random items in the iles and the amount of open merchandise all around the store. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed of themself. Y'all need to hire some more staff and get this store back to how it was where the isles were clean and it was a nice relaxing shopping experience. I applied to work her about a month ago and was denied for no reason. It seems like they really need some help but apparently they still are able to pick and choose who they want. This store has seriously gone down in quality and service. Do better target.

The Target in Swansea has turned into an absolute dump that’s run by 20 year olds. The store is disorganized, cluttered with carts from the backroom, and full of apathetic team members. Never in a million years would I ever think I would prefer Walmart but that is the case. Someone needs to step up and actually manage this location!

I did not take pictures, but nearly every isle is overfilled with boxes, no access for wheel chairs in most of isles, sliding front doors not working for entering building, must use manual doors. What is going on?!

Cashier was friendly and fast. Order was ready to go and items were in good condition. There was not wait time at all and the pickup area was clean and uncluttered for the most part. This is my favorite Target location, always a pleasure to shop here.

Evan at the Swansea Ma location was so sweet and friendly. One of my items didn't scan correctly and he was over before I could even look to see if someone was coming. He fixed it quickly and wished me a good day with a smile on his face, and as I was leaving he made a point to smile again and say thanks have a good day. Amazing customer service!

One of my favorite targets! Always clean, well stocked, and staff is friendly. They could use more cashiers at times since they tend to have long lines most of the time, but drive up service is always speedy and accurate!
