Pretty sad when the only entrance to your store has massive holes and even signs to "drive at your own risk". I would think that a billion dollar company would fix these problems so that their customers wouldn't have to "drive at our own risk" to provide them our business.

Talk is cheap but not for the walmart employee that assisted me today. Was trying to find baby wipes for my young son and Dylan S i think was his name who was a super friendly and courteous associate was there to help me. If not for him who know how much time I would have wasted scouring throughout the store to find what I needed. He is a stellar employee and I will absolutely be back to shop here again!

Bought a $400 power wheel jeep with a purchased warranty. One of the motors wasn't working so I started the return process. The cheap boxes they came in were destroyed and discarded. I was sent a email stating in plain English that I could return to the store without a box. The store refused to take it. Was told they can give me a label and it's up to me to box and ship it. Again I have the email from Walmart stating I do not need a box. This was extremely infuriating! Spent a couple hours talking to multiple people at Walmart and got the same answer. Now I'm stuck trying to re pack a broken power wheel and it's up to me to ship it. I've been a loyal customer my whole life purchasing multiple tvs and electronic spending thousands of dollars. Think it's safe to say I will never buy anything from Walmart ever again. Target is right down the road. They just gained a new customer. Hope it was worth it.

I would give this Walmart a higher rating if they took care of the entrance from the street. You either have to go around the potholes or risk ruining your vehicle. I try to avoid this place at all costs but I needed a couple of things tonight. I'm not going back if I can help it. It's too bad because the store itself isn't bad.

Very good Walmart and they offer everything you might need. My only complaint is with the Town of Swansea ignoring the roads that lead you to the back of what was the Swansea Mall. They are very potholed and should be fixed by now. It's an eyesore already after 20 years.

I went to buy 2 of the item. They stocks them in the wrong place. When i saw the item price is different than the shelf show off. When I showed the picture to the cashier. She the manager and she went to see if is true... she let me stand for 45 minutes when I went to the baby section I saw start fixing everything on the shelf.The Manager was so rude if me. She told me was a mistake. If I don't want to paid the full price don't care if I left it. Not even apologize to me about let me stand in the line with my baby mama holding my baby for 45 minutes. I was so very embarrassing people's looking at me like so rude. I will never go there anymore in my life

Don't buy a car battery at swansea Walmart they won't honor the 1 year free replacement warranty if you have misplaced your receipt I mean come on who doesn't lose a receipt now and then but the worst part was the lady behind the service desk boy was she ruud practically accused me of stealing it when I bought it last October 2021 I would love to see her in action as a greeter boy hold on to your hats she has no business being in customer service that's for sure

We love Walmart's Great Value brand. It's items are more affordable and just as good as name brands. Where else can you purchase a 40 pack of bottled water for just $5.36?

Walmart has great prices. You can get your groceries to clothes to TV's all in one place. I wish more had the automotive centers to get oil change and tires put vs going to Plymouth to do that.

Bought movie today 2/12/2022, opened the case and there was no movie. I called numerous times and noone answered the phone... I also called deli and got hung up on multiple times after I asked to speak to a manager
