If your vehicle is being repaired in their body shop. Be Kind. They are having trouble getting parts like everyone else. A man named Danny that works there shows a lot of kindness toward their customers. Great customer service.

I had a horrible experience here! I called to see if they had a Maverick because their website said they had one. I was told no but then received a call a couple hours later saying they did and that they could get me an appointment for same day. So I took it cause why not…well I love 45 minutes away and about 20 minutes down the road some lady called to confirm my appointment then about 40 minutes down the road I got a call from the inventory manager saying they didn’t have one but I wasn’t gonna to turn around because I might as well look at the bronco that was on the lot, she told me they didn’t have one. So I get there and the inventory manager told the guy who was helping me that she “told me not to come in” when she never did. They then told me that they didn’t even have a bronco. I asked if I could get my car quoted they told me I had to have an appointment with that team so no. They just put me on a waitlist for a Maverick. As we are walking out to the a guy from the appraisal team came out said he heard the whole situation and that they could quote my car and that they did have a used bronco. The inventory manager said they would send me a gas gift card for the unneeded drive, which was whatever because I did have some assistance in the end. It has been 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten the gas gift card. 😂😂

My husband bought a brand new Ford pickup. He's had nothing but problems with the mileage settings this supposedly under warranty. Ya'll say you can't fix it so that means you're selling a product that you don't know anything about. Don't buy Ford people you will get screwed. My opinion

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience! On the afternoon of Thursday, June 30 we were told the vehicle I wanted couldn’t be purchased because there was a recall part that was backordered. Friday morning, the part mysteriously arrives and we were told it would be serviced and ready later that day. I reached out close to the end of the day and was told it would be ready first thing Saturday morning. Saturday evening, after I reach out again, I’m told it would be Tuesday. This continued until Thursday evening, almost a week later - we finally received our vehicle. We have asked several times for the “meticulous service records” that the vehicle was advertised as having. We still do not have those! The vehicle’s description was advertised as a trade-in. Later we find out it was a rental vehicle bought from enterprise, which should be disclosed because prior rental vehicles have a lower value. It was also advertised as “warranty included” - THIS is NOT TRUE! We had an extra 5k+ added to our total, but we’re told our upgrade that we were paying for was only 2K. I also asked many times how many key fobs and wanted to make sure I was getting two. When I finally picked up the vehicle (6 days after being promised it) I was then informed that there was only one key fob and would have to come back in a week and pay if I wanted to get another one. I DO NOT recommend Benson Ford to anyone unless you want to be deceived and lied to!

I’ve bought several vehicles in the last decade and this was the best experience to date! I accompanied my mother to Benson Ford as she had not bought a car in over 10 years. Yosvany was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with her questions as she explored buying options and features. There was absolutely no pressure. The manager, John was also very courteous and helpful throughout our visit. We were especially pleased with the trade in value offered and great price on her new Explore. Thank you Benson Ford team for being so friendly, sincere, and helpful today! We will definitely be back for our family’s next car buying needs.

If able I'd give 0 stars by far worst experience ever. Trying to go from lease to purchase. Spoke with manager then finance. Finance said he'd call me back in a week. That was over a month ago. No call back I've left several messages for him to call still no return calls. Have bought 9 vehicles thru this dealership with different management never had a problem. That told me go somewhere else they clearly didn't want my business. Was going to buy another vehicle definitely won't go back to Benson. Need to run fast and far away from this new management they clearly don't want any business.

Easy, simple purchase of our 2020 Explorer. Yosvany made it nearly painless by handling the paperwork and setting an appointment to come in and finish everything. Fair price on our trade and a good price on our Explorer (even in this crazy market). Excellent information and customer service that was low pressure and comfortable all the way through.

As most anyone shopping for a Bronco knows it is not easy. We are from Alabama and found this Incredible deal at Benson Ford in South Carolina. We drove over 4 hours to buy the vehicle of my wife’s dreams. These guys made the buying process as simple and easy as it could have possibly been. We are so thankful for the phone call that Friday afternoon from Lisa Jo. Big shout out to Derrick for helping us make these an incredible experience. Thank you guys again for what you did for us we will never forget it.

So why did I pay $400 for just “diagnostics” and then you guys didn’t even fix the problem or put the vehicle back together. Take your vehicle literally anywhere else but here.
