I’ve been coming here for years, not super frequent, usually for special occasions and treating myself. In the past they’ve done good jobs but hadn’t acknowledge my request for keeping my nails thin. I don’t like my nails to seem bulbous or thick. Today I was determined to be more picky, I had a very specific image In mind. My nail tech was receptive to my requests and very detail oriented. Sometimes going back and forth a few times to make sure everything was symmetrical and confirmed with me at every step that I liked what he did. He was the first person to achieve the look I wanted with a thinner, more natural shape. He started with the colored tips and on the first one he again asked if the tip was good, but I wanted it thinner. So he started over and used a fine brush instead and was very careful. He wasn’t afraid to wipe the polish and start over if he wasn’t happy with it and I really appreciated that attention to detail. He was very quiet and only spoke when we discussed my nails which I also appreciated. I knew he was paying close attention. When I go back I’ll be requesting him again. I do wish the prices were a little more affordable. Getting my nails and toes done was around $120 before tips.

How incredibly disappointing. What a waste of $75 dollars($55+$20 tip because I’m not trashy). Not only did I have color all in my cuticles, but the nails were incredibly thick. I’ve had dip nails many times before and they are not supposed to look like this. Lots of residue left on underside of nails as well as underneath the polish/powder itself. I had also made it clear that I did NOT want them square. It wasn’t a complicated request either, just one color- no frills. They were for a wedding, but I’ll be going to another salon as soon as I can before I will slow myself to attend as these are embarrassing and cheap looking. I would’ve been better off getting press on nails from CVS.

2nd time I’ve been in and just awful experiences each time , first time I was TOLD no that I couldn’t have my nails long because they didn’t think I could “handle it” like do what now . Second time I went in today to get my graduation nails I asked for a simple 22 on one finger and the 22 is not even it’s smooshed I absolutely hate them so much, he tried to put 21 on my nails and got upset when I corrected him then proceeded to make fun of what I wanted . Also got clipped with the sander because the man was to busy talking to the person beside him. Will never go back that’s for sure . I’m now going to a different place to get these redone . Absolutely so upset. Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicure

They are always in a rush! I've been twice, the first time I took my 2 girls with me and one of their nails had to be touched up because they didn't do a good paint job to begin with and the other had to have a few of hers repainted because the nails were lumpy and they seemed mad when I pointedout these defects!! This time I went by myself, my pointer nail is sideways and filed at a slant and have air bubbles on multiple nails from the top coat, didn't have time to sit and have them repainted so I'll just repaint them myself, but I won't be back!!

I wouldn’t go back at all which I should have known by reading the reviews. Well I loved the color I picked out but the next day it had bubbles on my nails the girl really did rush to do them I went on a Saturday went back two days when I was able and another lady fixed them but also like a day or two the color looked as it was fading on the side… I don’t know what kind of cheap polish they use. The last I went back to was very sweet tho she did end up doing my toe nails as a gel manicure and that did last I’d go back for feet but nails, NO ! Service: Gel manicure

It makes me sick to leave a review because I know what they can do to a business, but I feel like I have to. I asked for a dip manicure with tips put on. The lady asked me a shape, I said “square”, she repeated back to me “square? Okay”. She then gave me oval tips. I said “oh I’m so sorry I wanted square” and she filed them down so short that the tips were the length of my nail, so there was no point in having tips put on. She then asked me “do you want a gel coat on top of your dip?” Which I know is normal. I said NO, no thank you. She then goes and tries to put GEL on instead of dip I asked for. I spoke up and said “I’m sorry, I don’t want gel. I want dip. I’m not a fan of gel” and she literally argued with me and told me “you trust me, use gel”. I kept telling her NO. So when it came time to pay, she had the nerve to charge me full price for a service I didn’t want, and I told her “the fact I am expected to pay for a manicure I didn’t ask for is sad”. Considering at no time did she use dip on my nails at all. I spoke with front desk. He was rude and combative, all they care about is their little $45. I told him I wasn’t looking to be an issue but I just wanted to explain my experience. He told me “unless you want us to fix it I’m not sure what you want me to do. I’m just going to have a talk with her”. I’ll never be back. While the outcome was fine, I’m not a fan of them doing whatever they like. They have no knowledge on why a client would ask for a specific product, could even be allergy reasons, and they just do as they please. I would like to speak to whoever owns this place. Preferably not the guy who wears the fake contacts. I asked for a color and it was a completely different color. He explained it’s because the nail is white that they used as the display. I don’t care what color you used I asked for it to be a certain color and instead got a clear pink. My nails look horrible they aren’t what I asked for and when telling him he did nothing but say they will re dip the display. Service: Dip powder

I went to go get my nails done January. 7, 2022. I got Leslie who was chatting with her friend beside her the whole time which wasn’t the problem while chatting with her friend she was rushing through my set of nails and told me she was done. I looked at my nails and almost all of them were crooked (going to the side). I asked if someone else could fix them and they did (I didn’t get any money off). Johnny fixed the nails that were crooked. It is now January 9 and I believe he used the wrong size nail tip for my index finger , not only was the nail going into my skin (as pictured) but my whole finger tip is numb.

They forgot to put a top coat on my nails after my pedicure. I waited to get my nails done, which I just got a regular French tip, used to be 25.00. They charged me 30 for nails, 5.00 for French, then he put a top clear gel coat(why I have no clue because I didn’t ask for it) and charged me 5.00. I will NEVER come back to this place. The new place on 153 is a lot better and fair pricing. Plus my nails don’t even look that good to have paid 40.00. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

So, I haven’t been to this salon in awhile and I figured I’d give them one more chance. While their pedicures are good, the nail services not so much. I went in on Monday and got a gel polish change on my nails and a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was really nice and made sure she did a good job. However a different lady did the polish change on my nails. She was rushing the whole time and literally filed the polish off the side of my nail after they cured. 2 days later, the same nail now has started peeling up and other nails look blotched. $27 for a janky polish job. She never even told me my total. I had to ask! Now I understand why other salons are taking their customers..They don’t value the money we work hard for. Services: Pedicures, Gel manicure
