I am very disappointed paid for their most expensive interior exterior package. They didn't clean the floor Matt's or under them they didn't clean the trunk or the glass in the hatchback also they didn't wipe the interior down. Total waste of money . Not very happy the front seat and back seat area looked fine but the rear looked almost untouched. Also on both sides along the top you can see dirt the length of the car.

I just left here and I am very disappointed. I paid for the $28.99 interior and exterior wash. My back seat was not vacuumed, the seats had dusty foot prints (from my dog) that would have taken no effort at all to wipe off, yet they weren’t. My middle console and cup holders were left completely untouched. My trunk was not touched even though I was assured they would vacuum it. My weather tech mats were BARELY vacuumed. My 3 year old niece does a better job and they didn’t even vacuum under the mats. The front of my car looked like it hadn’t even gone through a car wash and there’s a large paint chip on the roof of my car from I’m guessing the car wash itself. VERY disappointed. EDIT: it has been two months and autobell has not reached out to me. I answered a survey they commented on here that appears to be them trying to make it right but NOTHING has come of it. Very disappointed in their customer service.

*Vehicle was damaged in car wash* My husband took our vehicle to Autobell in Garner on 8/20 for a car wash and detail. When he returned home (8 min away) to show me, we immediately noticed small paint chips all over our hood, brush scratches running in a line up the hood, and multiple pits in the windshield. We knew that this damage had to have come from Autobell, because none of this was present prior to going through the car wash. Our vehicle is kept in a garage unless we are driving it. Immediately, we called Autobell and described what happened. There was no manager present at that time so we were asked to come back the next day. We also began a claim with our insurance company to document what had occurred. When we brought the car back the next day (8/21) only the Assistant Manager was present and he was concerned that we had left the previous day. He actually said “Now, I’m not saying you’re lying about it…” We left the previous day because we were not expecting damage to our vehicle after a simple car wash. We only noticed the damage upon arrival home when I walked out to look at the car. He also stated that it looked like the “bug damage” that he had on his truck, which is irrelevant and not the damage we witnessed. He was in touch with the manager who suggested running the vehicle through the car wash again to “prove that the damage couldn’t have come from their machine.” The car came out with more damage of tiny paint chips on the doors that was consistent with the damage that had occurred on the hood the previous day. The assistant manager did not acknowledge this damage. He then proceeded to explain that in his opinion the damage wouldn’t warrant a claim for them to cover the repair. Regardless of his opinion, our vehicle was damaged by this company and needs to be repaired. We have been told to come back on Monday to speak with an actual manager, and we will not stop pursing this until Autobell takes ownership of this damage and compensates us appropriately. UPDATE - 8/23 We returned on Monday 8/23 and spoke with the manager, Brian. He just kept saying there was no way his machine could have damaged the vehicle. He did not listen, empathize, or do anything to provide customer service that would be expected of a business manager. He disrespected my husband and accused him of lying when he stated our daily driving consists of ~5 minutes to/from our daughters daycare. He tapped his clipboard and said "Well, your mileage reflects differently." Our vehicle mileage is irrelevant. The fact is that our vehicle was damaged - chipped paint, brush scratches and pits in the windshield. This needs to be rectified. We have submit a claim with Autobell.

I've visited this location 4 or 5 times. For a general car wash, it's not a bad option. The last few visits have left me disappointed and feeling cheated. The machine wash does a decent enough job, but the detail team tends to miss spots inside and out. The top of the rear bumper and door wells were left obviously dirty. I paid for Armor All to be applied, and the doors and some of the center console were attended to, but the entire dashboard was neglected.

I have a Dodge Ram that is babied. It is kept in a private driveway on a separate concrete pad and under a Budge truck cover. When I do drive it, the mirrors are always pulled in after it is parked. After my last visit to Autobell, I went home and covered my truck which is when I noticed deep vertical scratches on my passenger mirror. Embedded in the scratches were a distinctive blue color, the same color of the Autobell wash components. I was a long time customer and never had any issues before but management denied my claim. I followed up with upper management twice with the promise that they would follow up. After the third call with no follow up from upper management, I decided to share my experience. I have given away my remaining gift cards and found another car wash. I wish I had read the earlier reviews. Service: Auto detailing

Always a great experience. A buncb of nice people that answer all your questions or concerns. They are now spraying the insidesbwith disinfectant as well if getting the inside cleaned. I only go to them now to detail my car. They do not price gouge and give quality work. They will make sure you are fully happy with your car before leaving. You can even tip them for the personal service or not. You get the same service either way but I thank them with a little tip for working in such a trying time and this heat. Go by and let them shine your baby up for ya. Tell them I sent ya.
