This is by far the worst place to deal with period!! I have been harassed and even blocked from my special needs sons doctor appointment by Aaron’s workers who have been told over and over the person they want doesn’t live at my address but they keep coming harassing me. I even showed them the items they thought where theirs and they are completely different from what they sell and I am still harassed !! Calls and showing up unannounced over and over!! Very unprofessional considering that everything has been consistently shown (person named not at the address, items wanted are not at the location) definitely reporting to better business

I got a window unit on June 16th. The lady told me it was $545 and with taxes it was gone be $615. Had to pay $145 down and I’ve been paying $100 every week to get the same as cash. As of now I should only owe $270 and they said it’s still 370. Told me on the phone it was $615 plus taxes which was around $700. I don’t know if there pocketing my money. But I’ll never get nothing from here again

They r very hateful Amanda is the worse she was so hateful and yelled and hing up on my husband when he called to tell them they can pick up the bed since he just got back to work and no income to pay it right now she even treated him I will never use Aaron’s again for anything

Dont try to apply for a job with them they will call you for interview then send you to another location you didnt apply to work at where managment is a joke and offers you way less than job you applied for and a position that not what you applied even though you have years of exp aarons a joke

Here my whole house is with COVID & I emailed the store to let them know that I needed to pay next week due to being out of work for 2 weeks. Brittany (however ) you spell it is a rude condensing B!+ch . She was rude and even once I explained everything to her still continued to argue with me. I advised her that we had Covid in the house & she went on to complain about exposing her employees by talking on the aarons phone.... I let her know that her workers were nice and insisted. I never wanted to expose anyone and even showed documentation of having Covid. Brittany, people aren't always sick and gonna be gracious to you on the phone, you gotta come from behind the counter some time or another. I do not want Brittany calling me ever again..... we will pay out of furniture & cut off all ties as long as that demon works for you all.

I've done business with this Aaron's location for some time. Just gotta say I've never had a bad experience. Leased/purchased some "big ticket" items, & I'm beyond pleased with everything. Had one incident; leased a very pricey HP Laptop, made the last payment, - that afternoon I accidently knocked over cup of coffee -ON THE KEYBOARD!, locked it down. I called my Aaron's store, ready to get another one. It was a limited edition, which they did not have anymore, and could not find another one anywhere. I own this "screw-up"- and will forever feel beyond mad at me. BUT AARON'S IN EASLEY "ROCKS.!" Come have a "look-see" at all the goodies they have - you'll leave a very happy individual, with amazing everything!! Aaron's goes the extra mile for everyone.

Brittney needs to be fired. She is the rudest employee I have ever seen. We have done business with Arrons for years and we will never go back. Made complaints to corporate and no one ever called back. She goes off on costumers as if she was standing on the street not behind a counter representing a company. She does not have any since.

Brittany was the rudest supposedly manager I have ever spoke with. I had always made my payments and they worked with me when Austin was there. Called one day to make a payment 5 days late. I have never in my life spoke to a more condescending B! She needs to be fired because I have been a customer for 20 year's. Well she took care of that. She was so rude she made me want to take my computer back right then. I will never rent from this sorry piece of a dying company in my life unless I get an apology.
