Worst T-Mobile store, I went to this store to transfer my account from ATT, they took almost 1 hour 35 minutes to transfer my account, staff doesn’t have any experience and the worst part is they have provided wrong deals which cost me $41 instead of $10. I definitely suggest, better avoid this store to save your TIME and MONEY 😊

This is an "authorized dealer" and not an actual T-mobile store, even though you can't tell by looking. They employ untrained kids, and have them work there by themselves. They have no idea how to order things for you under your account or make warranty replacements. They can't do the promised transfer of data from an old phone to a new one that the commercials advertise. They just throw up their hands and say sorry. There no one there who knows how to do the job. Go to a real T-mobile store instead (the one at the southland mall is one)

I have been a Sprint costumer for 4 years but since T mobile took over and became the new owner I started having issues with this company. Iam ver unhappy and disappointed.I just visited this store and services is bad there staff are not very friendly and they ignore their costumers. Definitely, Iam will change companies as soon my contract is over.

The store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He treat the customers like his enemies. He doesn’t listen to customers to understand their problems and help them to get satisfied. If you want to go there don’t expect that your issue would be resolved

The customer service was pretty good but my phone service and contract is horrible. I’ve been paying for a phone that I returned to them and I’m expected to continue paying for it. I’m DEFINITELY switching phone service providers!
