I am sure the store is nice. But my experience is from curbside pickup. I had my newborn daughter in the car, and my dog. I ordered curbside pickup from Target. The app gave me no warning that curbisde pick up was not available. So Once the order is ready, I proceed to the store. I pull into the curbside pick up slot and go to the app and tell them I am here and ready to go. So I am sitting in the hot sun waiting for like 20 minutes. I then notice another woman come out and she was also in curbside pick up. I asked her why she went inside. She then pointed to the small sign saying curbside was not available. I could take my baby in the store, but no way was I leaving my dog in the heat of the car. Was a wasted trip. I was very upset. Luckily my older daughter was in the area, and she came and picked up the product for me. Because of this terrible experinece, it just goes to show me that Target does not really care for their customers. So, because of that, they get one star. Would be no stars of I could. Terrible customer service in my opinion. If I had known I could not get my baby bottles and diapers through curbside service, I would have ordered them differently instead of wasting my time.

Anyone that needs a scootercart beware. They are aware of dying or defective carts but instead of keeping them locked up to warn us they arent available. They place them in the store. 5 minutes of using them and they die on you. I know they arent cheap but letting us shop and then have the cart die before finishing shopping is wrong. Better to say hey we are down a cart or 2 before a customer has a full cart they can no longer use and needs to find some other way to shop.

I needed help with finding items and Vanessa Sabino have assisted me and she’s a very sweet high school graduate, I feel that Target should keep employees that are giving rave reviews by the customers, they didn’t put her on the schedule this week for some odd reason, but she’s one of the best workers there, now with drive up it’s slow and they make you wait longer, if Vanessa was there at the Hayward North store this would not happen… please put her back on schedule ASAP, thanks so much, Sondra…

Great store to go shopping in. My only issue is with the pharmacy which is a CVS. Any OTC medicine that are on the shelves you get cannot be purchased thru the pharmacy, they can only ring up items that are behind Their counter. It sucked because I went in for allergy medicine and had to pay for one (Allegra D) at the pharmacy and the other (Nasal Spray) at a target register.

The customer service was absolutely unbelievably horrible I have never experienced such horrific customer service.. I ordered my items and I pulled into the stall to wait for Adam's to come out to me I was told 10 minutes an hour later I still didn't know how my items because the employee who was said to deliver them to my car was too busy screwing around with her friends in the parking lot so an hour later I had get out of my car speak to a manager And on top of that the employee had the audacity to break into my car and put my items in my car when she finally decided she had time to do so

Good store but the lines are always large due to only a few self check-outs and most of the regular ones being closed a lot of the time.

The customer service, cleanliness, and Drive Up is always the best at this Target location. They are quick, friendly, and keep items well stocked.

Low stock at Starbucks, there's never ingredients for the drinks I want. Is that Chris guy the manager? Or the one in charge? He doesn't sound too confident when asked Starbucks related questions. The actual Starbucks team there is very nice and patient.

Clean and convenient Target store including a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and a Disney Store - one of the few in Northern California. Skywest shopping center also has a 5 guys, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Cheese Steak Shop, Ono BBQ, Shell Shock Seafood boil, Island Pacific Asian market + Tesla Super chargers - bonus!
