Sign says closed for 15 minutes for shift change and now has been closed for over 30 minutes and who knows how longer before I arrived has been up and they have people waiting to get inside

I bought a Fifo charger chord for my Samsung, and it did not work. Later that day I located another old chord, and it worked fine. When I took the Fifo charger back, they said, "We cannot refund your money. Here's a new one." I said, "I don't want a new one. I just want my money back." (BTW, the new one didn't work on my phone either). They tried to put it back on my card, and that didn't work. They claimed "Company policy." Also, they said, "Call the Company." So I called Fifo. They said, "Go back to the store, and call us from there." I did. They spoke with the manager. And then said, "This is their company policy. We cannot control that." So no one is claiming responsibility. Finally, Fifo says, "Send it back to us. Terrible customer service. Bought a car wash at the pump with gas purchase. No receipt printed so I had to go inside. Long line, lady cashing lotto ticket 4 people ahead of me made it a 10 minute wait to get receipt with car wash code. Told cashier out of courtesy for their pump not printing receipt & me having to wait 10 minutes in line to get it she should wave my $2 coffee. Her reply, "no, can't do it." What happened to customer service? Don't plan on returning here or to the one on Davis. I believe it's the same owner.

Just stopped for coffee one morning and was pleased to find a very clean coffee section and a large selection of snacks and drinks. And all well lit and fully stocked shelfs

Always a line here! And quite often there's some shady people lurking near the restroom. I've witnessed it after a robbery on more than 2 occasion. Be careful don't leave your car unlock.
