Terrible customer service. The employees had a rude attitude and were impatient when asking for help. Also telling me to wait as they were texting on their phones.

horrible customer service.. I was serviced by a stocky black girl with an attitude.. I wanted to do the 3G upgrade and she looked at my phone and said I couldn't do it (when I specifically received an email telling me otherwise which I showed her).. an Asian guy I suppose was her supervisor told her it is possible (no duh) .. she begrudgingly accepted it seem like she didn't want to do any work.. took a personal call right in front of me (wow .. how professional was that?).. she then went to the back 10 seconds later came back out and said they were out of inventory and just told me to go to another store?! ..(uh.. how about doing some work for a change and assist the customer by contacting your other stores?.. now that was expecting too much.. do not recommend this location the bayfair mall location is much more professional

If I can give a rating of negative five stars then that is probably what I would rate this place as. My first experience with this store was maybe 6 months ago when I was trying to get my screen fixed. I walked in and there were two employees on their phones, they didn't even look up. I had to get their attention just to ask a question. Then, recently, I've had to deal with this store because customer service shipped my mom's replacement phone to their store. It was two day shipping service and it was delivered but I never got the update. I had to call the store MULTIPLE times just to confirm if the phone was there or not. When I finally was able to go to the store and trade the phones, they had some technical issues and told me they needed to reorder the phone and they would call me once it was delivered. Again, NO CALL. I had to call them. They ended up having the same issue and they were VERY RUDE when my mom was upset that she's had a phone for two weeks now that hasn't been working properly and they couldn't help us to fix it. It was also my fourth time in their store trying to get this whole thing resolved. I have worked in customer service and have experience with frustrated customers but to tell my mom, "we aren't going to help you if you give us attitude," well that's not acceptable. And to top it off, when I used my personal phone to call customer service and they asked to speak to the store representative, he said told them, "I've had to explain it to them 100 times." It's not like we weren't understanding what they were saying, we just couldn't believe it because there should always be a work around. BUT anyway. I won't EVER be returning to this store.

Terrible! the people here gives the vibe like they dont want to help and don't want to be there....If you don't want to do your job don't work there! T mobile is loosing 3 more and many more as I'll be notifying all family and friends to move service providers....Worst service phone and in store. Not even worth one star....

Great customer service!!! English was my parent’s second language so they have a hard time speaking. We use to go to a different t mobile store but they always got frustrated with the language barrier. We decided to try a new located, even though it was further. Their employees are super nice and patient. We’ve been going here instead.

Great service from Gaby today. She was very patient with me knowing that my phone blowup on me and it me very sad. I got a new phone and needed help understanding update that was needed. Chris was a great host to me on last Sunday.

Went in to TMobile for new service and phones, Lianna told me I would be getting a certain amount for a phone I traded in and half off of one of the phones being purchased. Only got half of the amount I was told I would be given for the phone traded in, and the other phone I was supposed to be getting half off, I got less than that amount. This place will lock you into the wrong promotions and you won't notice it until it can't be fixed. Would not recommend, stay far away.

I have been going to this same store since they opened. In light of the way of the world today you would think we would all be supportive in how we deal with and approach each other. My son needed a new phone today. We walked into the store in a good mood. The young clerk she was extremely rude. She continued to talk and talk over us. Very rude from the start. Then she told the other clerk she didn't want to help. I would hate to think it's because we are black...no more of my business.

My 1st impression was, "They have three doors, and two are locked," so for safety, they have created one single egress and ingress? Having to stop and get a plug and cord, I thought I would test their knowledge, pleasantness, and do a review which would have been an easy win for them if they had cared. I started by asking some questions that had obvious answers, then asking for some more technical issues. I am sad to report that not only did they not know their products, but they also seemed annoyed that I was there. There were four employees, and I was the only customer. They didn't dig any deeper into my history or what my needs were. They did make attempts to obviously " upscale" me. After being made to feel that maybe I should not have decided to review this store, I tried whipped out my phone and started taking photos, asking their permissions to photograph for the Google Reviews that I do, thinking that they might take the hint and step up their game. I was wrong. I had been wondering what happened to the scrappy, T-Mobile that won so many JD Powers and Associates in the past. After this experience, I would say they feel entitled, that we need them, more than they need us, and I should either start looking for another carrier ASAP who cares, or that the state of cell service is so bad overall, that if any new carrier that actually cares started soon, they could dominate the industry just by ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
