Employee have a lack of energy to serve customers. Was yawning and slouching while explaining things to us. Especially the African American employee. Rude and pushy. lack of clear communication and confusing. One even talk trash about us in front of us calling us stupid And also was talking trash about a coworker who treated us nicely. Needs to retrain employee or just fired them. Unsatisfactory service. ~raymend

If I can give a rating of negative five stars then that is probably what I would rate this place as. My first experience with this store was maybe 6 months ago when I was trying to get my screen fixed. I walked in and there were two employees on their phones, they didn't even look up. I had to get their attention just to ask a question. Then, recently, I've had to deal with this store because customer service shipped my mom's replacement phone to their store. It was two day shipping service and it was delivered but I never got the update. I had to call the store MULTIPLE times just to confirm if the phone was there or not. When I finally was able to go to the store and trade the phones, they had some technical issues and told me they needed to reorder the phone and they would call me once it was delivered. Again, NO CALL. I had to call them. They ended up having the same issue and they were VERY RUDE when my mom was upset that she's had a phone for two weeks now that hasn't been working properly and they couldn't help us to fix it. It was also my fourth time in their store trying to get this whole thing resolved. I have worked in customer service and have experience with frustrated customers but to tell my mom, "we aren't going to help you if you give us attitude," well that's not acceptable. And to top it off, when I used my personal phone to call customer service and they asked to speak to the store representative, he said told them, "I've had to explain it to them 100 times." It's not like we weren't understanding what they were saying, we just couldn't believe it because there should always be a work around. BUT anyway. I won't EVER be returning to this store. ~Gheahndra

The attitude is amazing and terrible. If you have negative emotions, please do not go to work. I going to buy a mobile phone for my husband as a birthday present, but discriminated against by racism. This store should change people earlier. ~yanping

What can I say Walmart is Walmart that they do have amazing deals, amazing sales even though the lines are crazy long. They just let you know everyone's there to get the best deal ~Laverne

Sergio the assistant manager is the best customer service rep that have I have encountered in a while. This all began this past Sunday, I had a complicated case that required some careful handling to keep some grandfathered promotions in tact while adding a line. Sergio went above and beyond to help me all while coaching up his team members as they were working with other guests. This included defusing a situation with and irate and irrational customer. Because corporate was busy and we were on hold for so long I ended up having to leave for a business call. Sergio assured me he would follow up with a resolution. Not 20 min later he called me with the resolution and scheduled my follow up for today. When I walked in today he was ready to assist me and I was on my way in 20 min. I work in a totality different line of business and we are currently staffed but if I had an opening I would’ve poached him on the spot and trained him up after. It’s not everyday you come across detail oriented people that is great with customer service. With so many people in customer service do the bare minimum it’s refreshing to come across someone who goes the extra mile. ~Koji

African cashier Wouldn't allow me to buy a flip phone even though it was in stock, unless I paid several months in advance.. his excuse for that was that he didn't believe I would keep it after a month because people use them as burner phones. Place is trash go elsewhere. ~Santiago
