Employee have a lack of energy to serve customers. Was yawning and slouching while explaining things to us. Especially the African American employee. Rude and pushy. lack of clear communication and confusing. One even talk trash about us in front of us calling us stupid And also was talking trash about a coworker who treated us nicely. Needs to retrain employee or just fired them. Unsatisfactory service.

Kelcie was the customer service rep that assisted me at this AT and T store and she was GREAT! She knew her products well, knew what inventory was in stock, gave satisfactory answers to the questions I had, gave good recommendations to fit my budget and needs, and did it all promptly with a smile and no attitude. We need more customer service reps just like her. Thank you so much for helping me with my phone today Kelcie!

Came in for some questions on opening a new line, rates, wondering about the different phones especially those with dual SIM cards and Nick was very knowledgeable and helped me out with EVERY question I had and more! Definitely have some food for thought but I will be coming back.

Amazing, amazing, amazing staff! I was able to receive amazing help from if of the workers named Jennifer Morales. I walked in and they helped me. I will be coming more often for sure! I felt welcomed.

Completely rude staff. Customers are an inconvenience to these children running this store, including the manager. Went twice in a week because I was referred from another location. Seems like no one here wants to actually do their job. They send you to other stores to pawn your business off. Not good business practices. Very unprofessional staff of everyone I ever encountered there. I will be writing a letter to corporate for further review.

She is so patient with me amd my wife. It took two hours to help me and I was so greatful because this our first smart phone. I really like goibg there and I will go back again. Ask for the manager I dobt remember her name but she's the african American girl. She is really good.

This was awesome!!!! I got a phone and a tablet... GREG WAS THE BEST!!!! Thanks AT&T!! The whole staff was very friendly and accomodating. This is the first time I got water and a chair whike waiting. The manager gave my kids a coloring book to keep them busy - she was amazing! I have been to this location mant times in the past and I can honestly say that its getting better every time. I was greeted several times, and watched them greet others and introduce themselves by name, I was amazed at how patient they were with one old lady (that had Metro) with helping her understand how to use it. Most people would have directed her towards her service provider but NOT the manager, she helped her store numbers and make text messages. I was amazed and proud of my company. The vube in the store appeared as if everyone enjoyed themselves and loved their job. I just felt compelled to give them kudos for doing an amazing job with improving customer service here. I will always go to the Bayfair Mall AT&T to conduct business.

I LOVE, LOVE this store. I use to always go to the store on Juana St but I ALWAYS come to the Bayfair AT&T now. The first time I came here the manager helped me with my settings on my phone and told me about the new plans, but I already had the 10gb plan. So, she told me I qualified for a tablet and a new phone - NO CONTRACT on the phone!!! I couldn't do anything that day because I needed to talk to my husband. I loved how she didn't try and pressure me into getting a phone and respected my decision to wait. I went back a couple days later and it was her day off, however, I was assisted by Morgan. I was surprised to see that the service I received from hin was superb. He transfered all my stuff and showed me cool things to do with my new phone. The At&t APP was NOT something that I used, but now that I know of all it'd capable of like monitoring our data, I will use it all the time. Morgan also gave me $15 Visa card for taking a survey good or bad. I absolutely admire him asking me if he has EARNED a good survey and if he made AT&T proud. AT&T, although the wait can be long at times, the service being provided at this store is impeccable! ! I read one of your negative comments and I must say that, a long line of people whom may be having a bad day or just getting off of work and coming to conduct small business at your stores will drive people crazy! More staffing is the only thing I see that needs improving. Other than that KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! !!
