Sergio the assistant manager is the best customer service rep that have I have encountered in a while. This all began this past Sunday, I had a complicated case that required some careful handling to keep some grandfathered promotions in tact while adding a line. Sergio went above and beyond to help me all while coaching up his team members as they were working with other guests. This included defusing a situation with and irate and irrational customer. Because corporate was busy and we were on hold for so long I ended up having to leave for a business call. Sergio assured me he would follow up with a resolution. Not 20 min later he called me with the resolution and scheduled my follow up for today. When I walked in today he was ready to assist me and I was on my way in 20 min. I work in a totality different line of business and we are currently staffed but if I had an opening I would’ve poached him on the spot and trained him up after. It’s not everyday you come across detail oriented people that is great with customer service. With so many people in customer service do the bare minimum it’s refreshing to come across someone who goes the extra mile.

This store is rude and lazy! We have a business account and provide cell phones for our employees. When they leave if they want to keep the phone number we transfer billing responsibility to them. This store refused to help the men unless I added them to my account as authorized user. Which means they can do anything and put our company at complete security risk. They refused to even open the account and read the corporate notes that had set up the transfer of billing responsibility unless I was present. This was unnecessary, poor customer service, completely lazy, and rude! Telling me I didn't know how AT&T worked after I have spent so many hours for years doing this. A formal complain has been lodge against the store for exceptional POOR service and unbelievable bad attitude!

Extremely rude, asinine, and condescending staff. I came to return a modem to stop my service. I move periodically for my job, so I know the drill. When I came in, the entire staff was on their phone. The first interaction I had with a staff member was a condescending smile, and a very curt, "no." Surprised, I asked : "well, what am I supposed to do?" From that point forward, it was a guessing game with this particular staff member as to how I was supposed to proceed. The only information I got was: "Go to UPS." I am not here to say that AT&T must change their modem return policies, or to demand this staff should have taken mine. However, as a customer - and NOT an employee of AT&T- I shouldn't be expected to play a "guessing game" as to their policies. A trademarked store should be able to assist customers through this process. It wasn't until I went to the UPS store that someone finally explained to me the procedure. I would have appreciated an explanation as a customer. I'm not sure the staff's job duties require anything aside from playing on their phone and belligerently interacting with customers... however, management should review.

I had to reset my account three times from January 2022 to August 2022 ! Vital information was missing from my account,…and that became Costly! The sales reps were able to solve that problem in the store, after a payment made in the store, after replacing my insta-pay back into my account.

My rep Zeke was OUTSTANDING. I came in tonight with a bunch of line transfers and was in and out. He was friendly, fast, great customer service, and I felt like he went above and beyond with my entire transaction. Thank you very much Zeke!

Good service I got what I needed. A long wait but I can't knock them for that there were 15 or more people in there on this Saturday. The main guy came out to help me with my wifi upgrade. I went from 24 to 500 for under $100 a mouth.

Maybe have more people on the floor to assist more customers , overall , the experience was pretty great. The rep greeted us in a timely manner and also assisted us with making sure that we got the best deals that the company offered and also helped us with bill break down , and putting on a screen protector. The thing that made me want to come back this location was the friendly staff and also the rep that helped us , walked us to the door and also wished that we had a good day. Customer service is very important to me and also crucial to maintaining a business future.

Had a great experience at AT&T my family and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Deshun was very helpful, super patient and nice! He made sure to communicate every step and process he was doing. He also made sure to double check every step. Best experience. I even got an Apple Watch after. 100% recommend!
