African cashier Wouldn't allow me to buy a flip phone even though it was in stock, unless I paid several months in advance.. his excuse for that was that he didn't believe I would keep it after a month because people use them as burner phones. Place is trash go elsewhere.

The supposed owner does not know what customer service is. He was dismissive with the problems I had with the cable charger. Yelled at me treated me like I had no clue. I tried the charger for two days and would not charge my phone. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I walked out of the store angry and he followed me outside to tell me to leave the store, hence I already had walked out. And proceeded to take pictures of me. I can’t believe that just happened to me.

The staff here are very friendly, they welcome you and go out of their way to help you. I’ve owned 4 phones and they helped me with all of them . One thing I liked most is they greet you as though you’re a part of their family.
