Horrible customer service and rude staff. Went in to purchase a switch with my husband the other night. The male working snapped at my husband about his mask which he had forgotten. Didn’t ask him to kindly put one on or anything but literally was so rude about it. Then as I’m asking about switch availability, insists on trying to give me a pink one all because I’m a female. As he’s helping me, the female employee is yelling and being extremely rude to another customer. Then interrupts our transaction to talk bad about said customer and stomp and storm off. In the end, we chose to not purchase and just leave and not even give this place our business. I have NEVER been to a GameStop and had such blatantly rude customer service. I will stick to our local GameStop or Best Buy from now on. Not even sure how this place is open with such rude staff.

I rarely play video games now and was hoping to sell my games for cash but this location usually has an excuse for not having cash. Not sure what's with the associate Jacob but he seems to have an attitude against some customers and also did not like that I asked to check to see what I could get for the games. He told me it's online which is true but it's never accurate and he tells me that it changes every day. Isn't it your job to check the value of the game when a customer ask? There was no one inside the GameStop either so I don't get what the big deal was. I called the Southland Mall location and spoke to Arnold and he said he would give me cash for my games. Arnold said that every GameStop is supposed to be giving out cash for games. Good luck keeping customers with that attitude and the bad reviews here explains a lot about this location.

Horrible customer service. Went twice and came back empty handed. 1st time they said they were closing even though they had almost 30 mins left 2nd time their computers were not working. No wonder they are loosing their user base.

Not sure the name of the lady answered the phone but I had questions about VR stuff and she answered above and beyond my questions! Super informative and can tell she knew what she was talking about. 10/10

Smh was told to come to this location to buy a PS4 from another location, when I arrived .... Stort, thicker woman and big guy with beard was locking up the store as I pull up at 7:40pm . I ask what did does this location they replied 7:00pm Location is small and I'm sure doesn't need 40min to close.. was extremely disappointed because I drove from another location l. Seems they have no rules. I also googled the location they were supposed to closed at 9:oopm .. .. terrible customer service

Terrible store. Never had cash when I go and the staff is alway rude. I went there 3 separate times and each time was turned away. First thing in the morning? Not enough cash. End of the day? Not enough cash. Never mentioned I had a preorder even though I was there multiple times. Just a bad and awful store. Pls fire the current manager. Pls. I would like to have my local GameStop back.

This location has always been my go-to GameStop really only because it's the closest. It's kind of small so it does have a smaller collection than others. Today when I went, the guy at the counter seemed to be annoyed by questions such as if certain games are in stock. Kind of rude overall, but he was there last time I went and he was nice so maybe today was just an off day.

After a few years without going to gamestop I decided to stop by. One thing is immediately clear, they are definitely changing and modifying their company and staff to be much more accommodating and helpful to customers. Some changes that weren't there before include a shirt/sweater area that include brands and anime that are trending, including meme material from the likes of Baby Yoda and other game and anime staples such as Animal Crossing, Pokémon, Naruto, Demon Slayer,etc... what this show me is that Gamestop is finally understanding who their target demographic is and actually catering towards them. I'm not sure nor do I think this type of care from Gamestop existed prior to the big media uproar with their stock, but definitely now with their new plan not only is this a gamestop I'd love to come back for my games but also to see where they go from here.

The key holder or manager was extremely rude and would not offer trade ins even though we came in prior 30 mins before and he said he could do either credit or cash, we were just missing a USB cable and we told him we would be back, we were just going to go back and get it.Extremely unprofessional and did not greet us but greeted other people who came in just seconds before us. We went to another GameStop a city away and they were able to do the trade in no problem :). Hire better employees

I really try to like this place cause I love games. But this place always have some rude staff who doesn't seem to understand you are serving customers. I would say just save yourself a trip and buy something online or digitally, this place is not worth it
