Ok so this Macy’s doesn’t have the selection that many of the other, bigger Macy’s have around here. However, the staff is nice and it’s highly convenient to not have to drive too far to get here. Also I feel like this is a bit of a struggling local mall, so I want to go here to help the tenants as well as the neighborhood in general.

Dr.Safanda is great. He did my right shoulder . My left shoulder is also bad but he told me as of now it doesn’t need any surgery. He honest. He will tell u if I need surgery or not. Also Every time I go to his office I don’t wait more than 10 min. he know what he’s doing, he’s kind, he listen to ur problem and he will tell u all the answer before u even ask a question. I would recommend him to all the people who needed surgery on hands or shoulders.

I didn't get the name of the young lady that helped me out the other day. She said she was new but was incredibly helpful nonetheless. She helped me find exactly what I needed.

The People working there was nice. The energy in the store was lifeless and it felt like a ghost town. But it was clean & smelled nice. I would like to see Bayfair mall come back to life in a whole new way. It's about time it did.

I went to this store buy some stuff, next day I checked my bank statement they charged me twice so I went back to the store they said there system shows only one transaction. I called my bank and they're doing something to get that money back

Bayfair is one of my favorite Macy's. Since it is a smaller store they tend to have things you won't find at other Macy's. The staff is very friendly. No more registers in each department but there are several check out stations through out.

3 stars because of my experience with online order. When I got there I had to stand in the huge line within clothing department for pickup my online order for fragrance. Meanwhile fragrance department had no line at all 👍 Absolutely 0 logic and waste of my time.

I went to buy some workout shoes And boots for my wife and Everything was out of the Box only had one person working in the shoe department With no help At all. Last year was even worst I left the store pretty mad because The only person working in that department Told me that other people called in sick and she was the only one that she couldn't help me these time the person that was there Didn't know what she was really doing overall I left the store mad again And I've been amazing customer For years and I'm never coming back I will end up canceling my Macy's card. This is for Macy's if you don't have any customer service you don't have no customer.

Helpful Sales Reps Mz. Venita, Mz. Carmen, and Manager, Samantha, attentive and helpful directing us to department carrying window display highlighted clothing. And, although Macy's SF downtown did not have the sized suit needed, offered to help find it at another location. If not for the generous assistance of Mz. Carmen and direction of Mz. Venita, we would not have driven in heavy rain commute traffic to Bayfair, and found the last suit in the right size. Because of their customer service and going the extra mile, we did the same and purchased the suit desired. If they hadn't helped, there would have been no sale.
