Limited selection, unkempt store. I will say the lady greeting customers as they walked in was remarkably warm and outgoing.

Horrible customer experience. The staff at this ross are not trained properly. Instead of being friendly towards customers, the employees at the register are constantly trained to rush you out of the store. It feels very disrespectful. Not to mention there's a security lady at the front of the store just yelling all the time. This is a stressful store to shop in and unless they start caring abt customer experience, I will never recommend this store.

Ok so this is a great place to shop for everyone in the family clothing/shoes to everything else for home! Large assortment of named brand clothes for bargain prices! Also includes bed/bath decor gadgets you name it. So fun to shop here!👍

Had a terrible experience here today. The store is not bad to shop in, but I had a bad experience with the employees who could not understand a simple instruction. Two days ago, I accidentally bought a belt using my credit card instead of my merchandise credit I had. I went to the Ross returns line today to change the payment method, which would be me telling them what I want to do and I thought they would simply return the item to my credit card and then have me pay using merchandise credit. The cashier still did not understand me although I gave her a simple instruction that I wanted to pay on merchandise credit and that I accidentally paid on my credit card. She says, "Oh you want to return the item." "Oh you want to buy the item." Seriously? She went to ask her manager and when the manager came over, the manager was confused and could not understand my simple instruction which was just to return the item to my credit card and have me pay on my merchandise credit. When I thought she returned the item to my credit card she probably ended up putting money on my merchandise credit or maybe she was charging me on the merchandise credit, then she finally understood me to have it refunded to my credit card, then she charged me on the merchandise credit. I hope they did not charge me on merchandise twice. I should not pay for an item I already bought! Incompetent staff! I hope the cashier did not double charge the merchandise credit! Get yourself together Ross!

Staff are nice. The store is clean and roomy - which is good since people do not social distance. Find some good bargains, especially household. They do not have much variety for children, stationary and men, though. Lots of variety for all else

Selection isn't particularly well stocked and has a bit of a rummaged through feel to it. Store associates also seem a little worn down to but the security guard was pleasant and helpful.

Yes. Visited another one and it very beaten or empty and minimal items and styles/colors. The mood was not welcoming at all. The Walmart near by is closed for good but couple blocks down one more is open, general items for the summer. Karen
