Before leaving the counter I checked my items. Two items were damaged. And leaking. Team appeared lazy and uncooperative. Instead of simply replacing the 2 damaged items, the guy gave me a refund and tried to tell me that I needed to go get the items off the shelf and stand in line AGAIN. REALLY??? I asked him if someone was going to be going to get the items off the shelf to replace the damaged items and he acted as though he had no intention of going to get the replacement items. I told him that it wasn't my fault the items were damaged and someone needs to get the replacements off the shelf. I didn't place the order on line to stand in line twice for an issue that wasn't my fault. HORRIBLE customer service. Lazy, unfriendly staff. Never coming back.

Can't check inventory online, need to call the store to check inventory. No one picks up the phone at all. Called back to back for an hour straight, no one picks up. This is ridiculous, the thing i want to check is only going to take 5 mins of their time.

Long lines, but lovely shopping experience. Merchandise needs to be more stocked though, especially the pharmacy.

Is awful that one security of target making a video for car donut on the parking lot on target and another restaurant, the security just laughed that wow is amazing the person doing the car donut

I have just called the store to ask about a order I placed the guest service line someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up also called the other extension and the same thing happened they never picked up the phone, that’s bad business. Do better target people spending too much money for all that.

Closing time is 10pm. It was 9:45pm and the entrance was blocked with shopping carts.I had a quick purchase. I'm off to Wally's place, now and in the future.

Well as busy as it was because of the holidays I was only looking for some gift cards. Couldn't find them and the young lady at the self-checkout area help me find them. Wasn't sure if one of them was a Target card the cashier that help me today is good for me that it was. That same cashier Michelle very friendly and helpful. Just like the young lady at the self-checkout. The cashier at the checkout stand was also a young lady. Both very polite friendly and helpful

Conveniently located next to the Bay Fair BART station, I can get off of BART and walk to this Target. What ever you do, don't enter Target through the entrance that is off the parking lot facing the movie theater. When I last drove here, I parked there and found out that Target was actually on the other side of the mall. I included photos to should where this entrance is and where it leads to. I liked the store. It was bright and clean and the employees were friendly. I noticed managers observing the area near the check out lines. That's a good presence for making sure things are running smoothly.

Love this target is not that big but the employee's are very nice and helpful. Check the Target Playground aka The Dollar Spot amazing seasonal items.
