Phone system is ridiculous, who ever does finally answer the phone is also ridiculous. Goodluck ever reaching anyone in auto alarms, every time I called I was transferred to a non help line to repeat my entire process. Several times, this is not a one time occurrence.

Disappointed wanted the JBL boombox two at 500.00 they have it on display but they can't order it🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ so I bought it on amazon

I originally had an order placed where a geek squad was scheduled to deliver it to me... It never showed up... And the remarks said... That no one was available... Or not home.... Even though I was home the entire day... I ended up cancelling the order.. and picking it up the next day..

Up until a few years ago my family and I often made purchases at Best Buy but the customer service steadily declined and it became difficult to find staff to assist when we were at any of the BB stores. We had stopped going altogether but thought we'd give them another chance, thinking that with the pandemic situation, customers would be valued more but we were disappointed again. We made a purchase for a wedding gift but they already had been given one, so of course, we decided to get them something else. We couldn't find the receipt, we knew that we'd have to either find something else at BB or get store credit, no big deal (so we thought). The box had not been opened but BB did not accept it, at all, without a receipt. We could understand if we were trying to get a refund but that was not the case. Not only did they refuse it but the customer service was terrible. When we asked why it wasn't accepted, pointing out that the box was intact and that we were not asking for a refund, the only response we were given was "we don't do that" by two employees (one being a supervisor) who had been having a personal conversation while we waited to be assisted. BB, you need to invest in customer service training for your employees. When we left, we went elsewhere to buy another gift for the couple. Had the situation been handled in a positive way by the employees, we would've bought another gift at BB but they missed out on a big sale and we will never again spend another penny at BB.

Easy exchanges of merchandise help me to try products and upgrade to the best one I can purchase. I got the GE bulbs day time, and decided to upgrade to the GE bulbs night. The cashier made the exchange easy and fast. Then I walk the store and got more items. Thanks
