i love Aldo i get alot of my shoes here well usually riverside store i went to VG to shop for a bday outfit got some shoes to match my dress ,didnt even end up wearing them so i decided to return and EVELYN the one who helped both times REFUSE AND WENT AGAINST STORE POLICY TO REFUND MY UNWORN WITH RECIPT And it was only 3 days i had 60 days i had to go to riverside they very kindly refunded me! EVELYN bad customer service. Never AGAIN GOING HERE!

One of my favorite stores to shop for shoes, I asked them to hold on to a pair while I looked elsewhere and they did and got them quickly when I returned several hours later. I love all the Aldo shoes I've bought over the last 20 years or so. Well done

I am a loyal customer with this store from about 3 years and the only time that I was going to exchange something they treated me very bad. The boots were not worn and they made me feel so bad saying that it is worn. VERY RUDE MANAGER . Very disappointed after all.

What on earth happened to Aldo's?? Looks like they purchased their product from the alley's in LA and just slapped Aldo on them.

Great products and helpful employees when it comes to getting a sale...but employees are preoccupied with meeting sales goals that they fail to check for IDs. My husbands card was used at this location and nobody checked for i.D when running credit cards. I do not respect companies that do not follow policies and procedures when it comes to taking care of the customer. I work for retail and when ppl make really big purchases without a second thought and using credit its a red flag and yes I work at Victoria gardens as well.

Great customer service. I purchased a belt, but forgot to check that it was my size and I took it back for an exchange and was faced with only one challenge and that was showing how grateful I was. I think being a return customer should help. 😁 Keep up the great work Aldo Employees!

Horrible customer service - manager went on break right before store close, employees said they were not able to do a return without the manager and none of them had a way to contact her or figure out a solution or any other way to help. Sales worker was laughing it off and unhelpful even after I explained I would not be able to come back the next day and had driven all the way there specifically for the return. Really horrible experience - bad customer service. Will never shop this location again.

run. crap quality and the company doesnt stand behind their product. Had 4 pairs and all fell apart with minimal wear. Also my wife got a pair but the size was a bit big she went to get a store credit because she lost the reciept and they wont issue. The Effin heals were not ever worn. Beatches all of them. Never buy from China crap Aldi.
