Drove an hour to get to the store before they closed at 8pm but come to find out, they actually close at 7pm. So google close times and actual store close times differ. So frustrating. I mean I understand google ain’t always correct, but I guess we’ll all have to learn to “make suggestions for our favorite store’s hours of operation” and probably just call ahead of time before wasting so much time and gas. All I wanted was the Vans exclusive Deathwish gang Logo board with the big Deathwish logo down the middle surrounded by roses. I’m looking AT EVERY VANS STORE that I have the ability to get to in the Southern California area until I find it. UPDATE: Lesson learned, don’t expect to find older decks still for sale at retail stores. Do you research first. Got in contact with a dude from San Diego who had the deck. It’s signed by Neen because Neen graciously hooked the dude up with the deck at a promo event a few years back. so before you get eccentric like i was, ask yourself, is what you’re looking for something that an awesome store like Vans will carry? or are you late to the race and missed your chance to get it new? if so hit up ebay, offerup, mercari, etc. you can find freaking jewels in unexpected places.

Jeanine is the BEST! She helped my daughters get some Old Skool shoes a month or two ago and was so helpful and provided excellent customer service! Today, my daughter forgot her shoes at home for her dance recital and we couldn't go home to get them so I called the Vans store and Jeanine double checked they had her size in stock, laced them up, and had everything waiting for us so we could quickly buy them and get on our way to the show. I manage a retail store, and she is definitely someone I would want on my team! Great job!

‘Z’ is a keeper. That dude is rad. Love to see someone with his energy around. Makes the whole experience more enjoyable, and keeps customers wanting to come back. :)

I placed an order on-line to pick up at this location and its almost impossible. I checked store hours on the stroe website which say 8pm, went on Wednesdsy night at 7pm and they were closed. I called the next day at 3pm to confirm they were open prior to making another wasted trip over there and it just rang & rang. No answer. Called again today (Friday) same response. . . . . Is this store even open for business? The least that could do is update website information or pick up their phone. Guess it's off to the mall.

Love this store, I buy all my shoes here every 3 months but the entire shopping mall is open now except Vans ,why guess I will have to go online now like most people

My daughters both are fans of Vans shoes. This store is close by and thankfully the staff here is always polite and respectful. They ask once and do not pester you while shopping. They are knowledgeable of the product, delivery schedule and the Vans website. Adrian offered excellent guest service today. I shop everywhere from Pasadena to Rancho Cucamonga. It's difficult to a retail employee with such a great attitude and work ethic. I definitely recommend this store for your Vans shopping needs.

I just got the new vans pro skate shoes at a great price , also two pair of plants great discounts and a white camo jacket all that at a low price of $214 very good place. Just wished I could of shopped here a long time ago but now I'm moving to Iowa and this is the place to buy your clothing all types of clothing and shoes socks and hats great place . Great customer service especially this one man he was very nice respectfully and all. He deserves a raise lol. Thanks alott Vans and Vans Employs keep up the amazing work you guys are doing hopefully you'll make a Vans in Iowa ^_^
