Bad service. Don't go to your car because they say they will text you and they don't ;once you go in they day say they have called you and text you and they have not . So it's best to wait out side. I been to other labs and the service is better. Register at 8:30 am finally in inside 10:48 and the nurse has gone to another room and I am still waiting to get my blood draw . So avoid this place if you can. So this is what I was told. They do 9 people with appointments and then a walk in, 9 and another walk in. So if you can make an appointment but the wait is still long even with appointments.

I got in and out very quickly. The women who drew my blood was okay, but not the best. It pinched and left a bruise. Could have done better.

Despite the guy in the front desk having an attitude for no reason, the woman who helped me was amazing. She was very friendly and had zero issues finding my vein. I told her my veins are hard to find and she knew exactly what she was doing and was very gentle. I didn’t have an appointment and thought this location would have a long wait time, but I surprisingly walked in and out. I also liked that you could check in with the machines. I hate doing paperwork and that made it a breeze.

Lots of easy parking, they’ve actually moved to the suite next door. When you walk in, very unorganized. Very busy, but It only took about 20min from check in to blood draw and leaving. Friendly staff, clean facility. Lots of appointments available compared to other locations.

My daughter and I are were Soo happy with Mr. Travis. He was Soo kind and Soo patient. We need more people like Travis. He made my daughter feel Soo comfortable because the first lady wasn't able to draw my daughter's blood and Travis was super good and patient. So was the other lady but I don't think she wanted to scare my daughter by trying and trying. Thank u Travis for ur excellent customer service. Plus we were in and out. Place was nice and clean. 😊

You can have an appt and it still won’t matter. Literally has there patients sitting outside like dogs, ghetto!! Try a different LabCorp.

Completely unorganized. Appointments don’t matter. You will wait outside with no where to sit and get called inside to wait even longer. Staff is rude too.

Front desk staff is always too busy to have any interaction or make eye contact with you. I have been there multiple times because I live close but they never seemed like they like their jobs. Off-putting. Phlebotomist had spoke maybe 7 words to me the whole time (I would tell you her name but she never told me and didn't have any identification), didn't even apologize for missing the vein the first time. Maybe another Labcorp location does better.

Left a message to schedule an appointment and they never called back. Tried to talk to an individual over the phone and they never answer. The one time they did answer the phone they spoke fast "ThanksforcallingLabCorpcanIputyouonholdthanks!!!" and put me on hold before I could get a word in. Then I was on hold for 15 minutes...and so I decided to write a review on Yelp. And here I am. There's no excuse for not answering the phone. That's part of the job requirement. I could tell you don't have to graduate elementary school to get a job at Lab Corp!

Had an appointment for 10:45 on a Saturday morning, got there at 10:40 and checked in on my phone from my car. (Mind you, I had previously filled out all the insurance info when I scheduled my appt online so that may be a big factor into how quickly they saw me) I received a text message within a minute letting me know they were ready for me! Walked in and was greeted right away, everyone was very nice. Waited maybe another minute then went back with a technician. I believe his name was Juan? He was very friendly and polite! A joy to be around! The whole process took less than 10 minutes! Great place, will definitely be coming back for any future bloodwork!
