Was so happy to find a balloon bouquet for my daughter for just $22. It helped because I didn't have to worry about putting balloons together, it was already done well for me. My daughter appreciated them too.

Went in to drop off balloons to get blown up and delivered. Autumn helped me find some items I was looking for and with my balloon order. She was extremely helpful, super friendly, and had great customer service overall! The store was clean and well stocked. I like this location. I have only had great experiences with staff!

Good place to get all kinds of party supplies and gift wrappings. That's what I shopped for was Baby shower gift bag and tissue paper for my daughter's baby shower that following weekend I shopped.

The voicemail states walk ins welcome to blow your balloons for $1.30. I came to this location when it opened at 8 am. The employee would blow the balloons up unless I had an appointment! It was a 3 hour wait. Definitely need to update their info on the phone line and NOT waste peoples time. Rude as well

Went here for my 1st time an just a bad experience. Went in around the morning at the 12 it was a little busy. Placed my order for my ladies birthday 30$ ballon order. Lady said it would be about 1-1:30 wait I said fine an I’ll just be back later. Upon returning to get my order later there was nothing. No balloons made or my order couldn’t even be found. Showed them my receipt the girl looked all over the store couldn’t find anything an then proceeded to make another one. I get it that’s great but I paid in advance to get it when I showed up not to wait an additional 20min to the hour an change I had to wait already to get it. Will not be returning to this party city again.

Went to pick up my own birthday balloons, place was pretty helpful, ladies were quick i did have to wait a bit just because i walked in.however, i do recommend to call it in if you are getting balloons just to make it easier when picking up. Wait time is about 45 minutes.

Amazing service! Maria...I think that was her name, she had cool infinity tattoo, was really patient and great! Definitely the best Party City experience I've ever had.
